Amenities: Window AC unit, ground level ski locker, outdoor hot tubs & fitness center. One Private underground parking for guests (summer free/winter fee). Near starbucks, ski rental, shops, & restaurants!

Upon departure, please -**Load and start dishwasher ** you will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee for unwashed dishes or if the dishwasher is not started!
-leave key cards in unit when leaving. You will be charged $30 each for missing or lost keycards. Please don’t bring them to front desk. These are not disposable keys!
-Take all food, beverages, and garbage out with you. -Depart parking garage. You cannot remain in parking garage after checkout time.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The condo was spacious and clean. The Murphy bed was a great addition and very comfortable. Great views of the slopes/village. Kitchen had all we need to cook a few meals. Owner was very responsive. Wonderful rental experience.

Nice apartment with good views of the village. Great proximity to Starbucks and other restaurants. The heat did not seem to work, and room was quite cold. There seemed to be baseboard heaters, but they never kicked on. Be wary of the bathroom as the tub is a slip-and-slide and the showerhead is only useful if you are under 5'8". This is an older building with older furnishings. Locker was accessible for ski storage.

Why they chose this property

Winterpark is a wonderful family friendly ski mountain with multiple levels and great accessibility from DIA and Denver. Our condo is in the prime location for easy access to the slopes! We are above the Starbucks in the village, walking to the gondola and all base activities. Easily walk to dinner in the village and enjoy apres ski at the local restaurants. Perfect for familles and anyone who wants a great location for skiing.

If you want easy access to the slopes, great views, and convenient parking this is the place to be.
