We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Pacifico is one of Playas del Coco's premier gated communities, ideally located just off the main street and within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, cafés, and shops. The development offers a resort-style setting with four community pools, a large jacuzzi, walking trails, a children's play area, and sports courts. Guests may also enjoy access to the Pacifico Beach Club, an oceanfront venue featuring pools, restaurant service, and beachfront relaxation (see Notes section for access details and fees).

Playas del Coco is one of Guanacaste's most popular beach towns, known for its lively atmosphere, beachfront dining, local shops, fishing charters, scuba diving, and sunset cruises. The town also serves as an excellent base for exploring waterfalls, volcanoes, hot springs, national parks, and other day-trip adventures throughout the region. Guanacaste Airport (LIR) is conveniently located just 35 minutes away, making arrival and departure quick and easy.

VARIABLE PRICING - While this home sleeps 8, the pricing starts for groups of 6.  This variable pricing structure allows groups of all sizes to enjoy the home.  Please be sure to enter your accurate group size for proper pricing.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE - We're getting new neighbors! The PACIFICO development is growing and additional properties are being built in our area. We know construction can be a bother on vacation, so we have reduced our standard nightly rates by 10% to offset any inconvenience this may cause. Note that construction only happens during the day. If you're visiting Costa Rica to explore the amazing beaches, volcanoes , waterfalls, and rainforests you probably won't even notice to work! Pura Vida!

PACIFICO BEACH CLUB

The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and features ocean-view infinity pools, multiple lounge areas, beach access, and poolside food and beverage service.

The current admission fee is *₡20,000 CRC per person, per day, of which *₡13,200 CRC is credited toward food and beverage purchases** that day. The remaining balance is the admission fee. Children under 12 years old are admitted free of charge.

Payment is made *directly to the Beach Club by credit card only*. If using a foreign credit card, your card issuer will charge the applicable exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees.

The Beach Club provides complimentary pool towels, beach chairs, lounge areas, umbrellas, and shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the Beach Club.

Private cabanas are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Advance reservations are not available for renters; guests may inquire directly with the Beach Club reception upon arrival.

* The PACIFICO Beach Club is typically closed for the month of October for annual maintenance.
* The Beach Club may close to the public at any time for private events. These closures are determined by the Beach Club and are outside of our control. We will notify guests as soon as we are informed.

PACIFICO SPORTS COMPLEX - Guests have access to tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court and soccer pitch. The facility is open to guests daily from 10am to 3pm. Guests can reserve one hour of time per day. The home has 4 pickleball paddles but additional equipment is NOT provided/available - guests MUST bring their own equipment.
