Beautiful property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Turquoise Place is a beautiful property with wonderful amenities. The condo itself was spacious, modern and nicely decorated with a huge balcony that had a nice grill and hot tub. 3 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 baths with a very large living area was plenty of room for our family of 11. We will definitely be back!

The owners were awesome to communicate with and very responsive to fix any problems we had. That being said, we did have a few problems. First, we checked in and it was not cleaned very well. There was sand in one bed and everyone’s feet were black when walking on the floor. When I told the owners, they immediately sent someone and had it cleaned again. We also had the hot water heater go out one day so we had to skip showers or take cold ones one night. The plumber came the next morning to fix. We were so thankful for the quick fix. My only other thing is the listing said newly updated. I’m really not sure what was newly updated. The showers were kind of gross and old and the kitchen didn’t seem very updated. With all of that being said, the space was nice and view was wonderful. We really appreciated having an ice machine in the room!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No Chest of drawers in the Master Bedroom.TV in living room is way too small for the room.The faucet for the Master Shower is extremely hard to turn on.Not enough hooks in bathrooms to hang anything.Access door on HVAC room is not louvered so you have to leave the door open all the time.Brandy Smith at Phoenix Rentals was fantastic! She responded to all inquiries immediatley.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a work trip. Overall, the facilities were nice, but the condo itself did not seem very "updated," and the cleanliness was not up to par. There was a bag of towels left on the shelf in the living area, the mirrors were dirty, and the furniture was a little dingy.

Very nice property. Wonderful location to the beach. The beach guys were amazing! Downstairs restaurant was really good. The hot tub needed a new cover and was falling apart. Master bath jacuzzi tub didn't have working jets, but not that big of a deal. Overall, perfect place to stay with our group!
