My family and I had a wonderful stay at Le Lisa 106. The place was the perfect size for a small family. Well maintained and very comfortable. All of the residents on 143rd street were very courteous and friendly. Check in and check out process were very easy. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot

My boyfriend and I came to OCMD with his 3 siblings for a long weekend. They had never been and this is the spot that I grew up vacationing, so it was great to show them around. The place was well kept and definitely more updated than other condos in the area. I would return!

Very impressed

Our party of 7 over here had a great time. The condo has comfortable beds and overall good layout. Our favorite was to our surprise the fantastic balcony size. We enjoyed our coffees in the morning with that ocean breeze in the balcony. We were steps away from a delicious pizza and subs place, ice cream shop, and donut shop. We couldn’t ask for more. Can’t wait for our next trip.

You will love 143rd Street in Ocean City

Best thing about this condo is its location. This is a quiet street that does not reflect the usual Ocean City, MD, craziness. Park your car, and the rest of your stay you can walk: to the beach, to DeVito's Deli for lunch or dinner, to Fractured Prune for donuts and coffee and to King Kone (next door to the building) or Kohr Brothers for great ice cream. Kitchen is not well stocked so bring some essentials.

Great Post Lock Down Vacation

Being stuck in the house for over 18 months was really taking its toll on our family. I’m 2019 we booked a beach trip to NJ through Air B&B, it was horrible. The a accommodations were dirty and no real aesthetics. We got a refund and ended up staying in a dormitory style motel which was also bad. So we were VERY please to book this trip with Central reservations! The place was clean, fully equipped and just a few short steps to the beach. We had a great time, just in time for the first day of school. We will be back for sure.

Super location

Lots of good things: 1. location w/in 100 yds of a beautiful, not-overcrowded beach and w/in 50 ft of coastal highway (can't say enough about good location); 2. easy, convenient parking; 3. place was nice and having washer/dryer was great. Only minor bad: 1. never told us a about key needed for outdoor shower and when we learned about it and asked for it, still didn’t provide one, so tracking sand into apt. was annoying; 2. having to drive approx. 8 extra miles on coastal highway, which is super-slow, to go to their rental office, both to check in and out was an unnecessary pain. This was especially unnecessary for checking out.

Wonderful Stay!

This property was very clean and comfortable! The location was excellent- we enjoyed a very short walk to the beach and to get ice cream and carry out. It was surprisingly quiet at night. We would love to rent again- we had a wonderful stay!

Great location

This property is in north, north Ocean City, on a quiet street unlike any other place on the Maryland/Delaware shore. Easy walk to ice cream and treats in Fenwick (about two blocks). Plenty of room in the condo for two couples, and just steps to the beach. Now that we’ve been two years in a row, I don’t want to stay anywhere else.

Great place…

Absolutely loved it, the only downfall is I think it would be very tight for eight people. We had five with us and it was very comfortable. Absolutely loved the location of the beach.

Great trip!

The property was beautiful and we loved the closeness to the beach! I do feel it was silly to have to drive all the way to the Central Reservations office to get a keycode that could be emailed to me and car parking tags that I could have just printed out! It was a waste of my vacation time! Otherwise, we had a lovely stay.

Cute beach condo

We were very happy my family of 4 (adult kids)could get into the place early to start our mini vacay. The place is decorated very nicely, can tell it was recently renovated. Plenty of seating and comfy, the high top on the balcony along with other seating was great for morning coffee, lunch or cocktail as the sun didn’t beat down on you, cute bar in the living room. Loved the set up! There was plenty of room for 4 adults. plenty of dishes, cabinets and counter space. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 is the hot water went so quickly and most of us had cold showers. You needed to wait 20 min between showers and we didn’t have the time to wait. Should also make the hose outside available to guests to rinse off. The elevator was great for anything heavy. Great location,, would rent again.

Perfect get away

Property presents itself as advertised. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for the four of us. The condo is Oceanside with a short walk to the beach. The reserved parking spaces in the back where comforting as the on street free parking fills up during the day. The condo had been sanitized, which is a must during the pandemic. We felt safe. Plenty of space to social distance on the beach, although it was quite crowded Saturday. Very quiet neighborhood several blocks from the boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family getaway

Our family of 6 (my husband, myself and our boys ages 9, 7, 5 and almost 4) loved staying at this property. The weather wasn't perfect but everything else was. So clean, so close to the beach, well equipped. Would definitely stay again. It's not close to the boardwalk but we didn't mind because that's not what we came for. This was our first trip to Ocean City and definitely won't be our last.
