Very disappointed. Bathrooms had mold everywhere. HVAC vents covered in mold. Patio doors don’t lock. Very dangerous especially if you have little ones. The beach is very nice though. Easy to access. Wasn’t too busy either.

Thank you for your feedback and review. Due to the high humidity outside and cool air from the AC the vents were sweating and had mildew on them. The HVAC company checked everything no mold was found. Our maintenance team has fixed all the maintenance issues.

A great place to stay

Property was as described, but much better in person. We had a great time, enjoyed the wine glass painting with Amanda. Will definitely stay here again.

We love Sands Beach Club, an haven't stayed anywhere else in Myrtle Beach since our first stay with them many years ago! Still an amazing experience all the way around from the neighbors and neighborhood to the cleanliness to the quick response and helpful staff. We will definitely be back again!!

Late summer getaway

The stay was great and a perfect location. I think this place could use a few touch ups. Also, very bare minimum of comfort items. Things that could be added would be basic pantry items such as salt and pepper, blow dryer and maybe a throw or a blanket other than the bedding.

The location was very clean. The AC went out on day #2 and Day #4 in the middle of the night. Bedroom tv was not working at all. Wiring for outlets seem to be crossed. Light switch would turn one of the 2 outlets on. Gorgeous view. Complete privacy.

Couple escape

We stayed for week for a quiet getaway to the beach. Unit was as stated. Check in was smooth. Management office nearby and ladies were a pleasure to work with. All amenities were available for use. Coin laundry on site. Garbage was encountered to your car. No problems of any kind. Highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at the Beach Club for 15 years. This unit was definitely of the best! We loved the beachy decor and all the storage. The place was spotless and the management office was so great to work with. My only wish would be for a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, but we knew there wasn't one, so we brought our own fan. (It's why we drive 11 hrs from NJ, I'm not a "light packer!). We would definitely stay in this unit again!

There were light switches with no covers. The plugs worked sometimes but not always, the TV froze and cut out quite frequently and the shower nozzle in the master bathroom you could hardly pull up.

There seemed to be some electrical issues going on and the condo is dated. The television reception went out several times. They tell you there is a chute on your floor to throw your garbage in but there is not. Only one elevator worked and when reported they said usually one of them is out. The shower in the master suite you could hardly pull the lever us to get a showerl

Description not accurate

This property was gross. The floors look like there is black mold growning in the tile grout. No closet door in master. Tubs dont drain ao your standing in sandy dirty water, dishwasher leaks water all over the floor. All baseboards are gross, carpet was dusty.we paid alot of money to stay in flith. I wouldnt let me kids walk barefoot in the condo. There was supposed to be trash schutes, there is not. You have to bring all trash to the dumpster. The owner should be ashamed. We work hard for our money and could of stayed somewhere much nicer. We are extremly disappointed
