Unwind in San Diego at this wonderful house. This superb property features 1 bedroom with a king bed, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Charming beach retreat just one block from the ocean – stroll to the sand, coffee shops, and local dining. It’s a 1 bedroom 1 bath, ideal for couples, or a family of 4 (2 adults, and 2 children).

This vintage, updated front unit in a duplex, includes all your beach needs (beach umbrella, 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels and boogies boards/ sand toys). Great for a family of 4 or 2 couples.

Free fast WIFI and a Washer/Dryer are included (shared washer/dryer), along with top-notch bedding, quality bath towels, and beach towels.

10% off when booking 7 days or more. There is another 2 bedroom/2 bath unit in the same property available upon request.

no. we never had contact in person and when we got e mails we were not allowed to see message. when trying to open message it said we were not part of this trip. we think that the host should be present at check in to show how things work or how to operate and any other issues that may not be working at that time. ie.leaking drains that require a catch bowl for the water which needs to be emptied and doing dishes, no hot water for 4 days,gate code box not working ect.

Thank you for your feedback. Our listing clearly states that this is a self check-in property, and we're always happy to coordinate in-person assistance when guests communicate their arrival time in advance. Regarding the hot water, the tankless water heater was found to be turned off; when left on, it functions properly. The kitchen garbage disposal was found to be broken which was also not reported during the stay, so we were unable to address it in real time. We encourage guests to communicate any issues promptly so we can resolve them immediately. Unfortunately, house rules were violated during this stay, as smoking occurred inside the home. This resulted in additional cleaning to remove smoke odor. There was damage to an outdoor Sunbrella cushion from cigarette burns, which was not disclosed to us. We strive to provide a clean, well-maintained home and appreciate open communication so concerns can be addressed fairly and promptly.
