This home has a maximum occupancy of 4. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.



This home is pet friendly.



For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.



There will be a $150 pet fee, per pet plus tax if brining a Pet.



This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Quiet hours start at 9pm and end at 8am, however this is a quiet neighborhood so we expect all our guests to be considerate of our neighbors keeping noise down during their entire stay.



Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.

This property is walking distance to shops and restaurants and a little less than a mile from the beach. It is walkable, however we do suggest you have a car if you have small children or intend on visiting other sites in San Diego.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 4 people in beds. You may not exceed that at any time and will be strictly enforced.

Early Check-In's and Late Check-Out's can be requested 1 week prior to check-in - But is not guaranteed - it is based on availability.



Early check in is a $25/Hr fee from 12PM



Late Check out is a $25/Hr fee from 11AM - 2PM

Queen Air Mattress Rental: $60
