The host didn’t provide codes or access to the property prior to our arrival. Directions to the location were poor. We arrive at the location and no one was there to greet us or provide access to the location. The heat didn’t make a pleasant welcome either. We kept calling and while I understand we are not the only clients but never tell a client you are not the only people you are working with. The manager resend the documents and insisted we signed again. It made for an unpleasant experience. The location was great, the place was very clean and cozy. Huatulco is a very safe and friendly town to visit overall

Dear Monica, Thank you for sharing your experience and for your generous rating. We sincerely apologize that your arrival was not as smooth or welcoming as it should have been. Clear directions, timely access information, and attentive communication are essential, and we are sorry we fell short in these areas. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the way the situation was communicated; every guest deserves to feel valued and cared for. We are glad you found the property clean, cozy, and well located, and that you enjoyed the safety and friendliness of Huatulco. Your comments help us improve our arrival procedures and the experience we provide to future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide the seamless experience you should have received from the beginning. My Huatulco Vacation Team

The accommodations were fantastic and convenient to shopping, restaurants and beaches for walking. The staff at the accommodation complex were welcoming and attentive to any issues and the representative from My Huatulco Vacations, Soloman, was exceptional and very responsive to all questions and receptive to all input. As first guests in this brand new accommodation there were some things that could be tweaked for future guests and he made note of any ideas provided.

We had an amazing stay at Solana Paseo Chahue in Huatulco, Mexico. The condo was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable—exactly what you want when you’re relaxing in such a beautiful destination. It’s perfectly located just a few minutes from everything: great shopping, delicious restaurants, and some of Huatulco’s stunning beaches.Huatulco itself is a gem on the Pacific coast, known for its nine bays and crystal-clear waters. The area is clean, safe, and not overly crowded, which made it feel like a more authentic and relaxing getaway compared to other tourist spots. Whether you’re exploring the beaches, taking a boat tour through the bays, or enjoying fresh seafood at a local restaurant, there’s something for everyone. The renter was fantastic—very accommodating and always quick to respond if we had any questions or needed anything. That level of communication made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.We would highly recommend both this property and the host to anyone planning a trip to Huatulco. We’ll definitely be back!

The main thing to be aware of is the loud noise consistent from street and building construction phase 2 . Never stops. Location good so that’s the trade off. Need an under sink water purifier or at least provide a jug with water pump. Lifting giant water jug from hallway to counter top and pouring was very hard. Could pull a muscle out of back or shoulder.

Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación y ubicación
There was not a barbecue on site as the VRBO listing had indicated. We did not have enough pool towels and kitchen dish towels. We had to request a broom. The location was convenient but there was a lot of busy vehicle traffic through all hours of the day. Tour bus drivers ran their engines continuously across from our balcony in the early morning and evening. It was very loud and difficult to sleep. Toilet seat needed to be tightened. There was a lot of construction next door which was very loud. However, the listing had mentioned that. Just didn’t realize how loud it would be—right by the pool. Lovely condo. The property manager and our VRBO contact were amazing.
