The "Sea Grass" house is a perfect setting for your family reunion and other gatherings. This 7 Bedroom house is located only 2 short blocks to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. On the closest corner there's an ice cream and hot dog stand with sidewalk seating, a giant beach store, and Molly Darcy's Irish Pub for lunch or happy hour on the ocean front sun deck, all within just a 5 minute walk.

The kitchen is located on the lower level with granite counter tops, new cabinets, full-sized appliances, and abundant dishware for cooking a great dinner at the beach. Dining seating around the table is just off the kitchen. Stackable washer/dryer located upstairs in guest room. Bed and bath linens are included with your reservation, beds will be freshly made upon arrival, kitchen and bathrooms will be supplied with paper products and hotel size soaps. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV.

Great family reunion or group space with a small private pool to dip when you have had enough of the hot sandy beach. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED. There are rockers on the shaded front porch with views of the ocean. Sorry, POOL CANNOT BE HEATED.

Parking for 4 vehicles (mid-size) but less space if all are large SUV type. The city does offer a dozen or so local "street" parking spaces within the immediate block area, but none of these can be guaranteed because it's first come first serve basis for the public and beach goers.

*Please Note - reservation requires minimum age of 25. Groups must consists of half adults over the age of 25. Adults must be present on property from arrival date to departure date, to supervise and accept responsibility for group.

We give weekly and monthly discounts. A $1,000 security hold is released 3 days after check out if no damage. Beach towels not provided.

RESTRICTIONS:
* No smoking, no vaping, includes all interior and exterior premises - deck, balcony, pool. $500 cleaning fee if smoke has been detected and eviction. No cigarettes, vaping, cigars or pipes.
* No Pets. $500 fee if pets or pet remnants are found
* No Loud Noise after 10 PM. $50 fee if security is called
* Minimum rental age is 25 years. Groups must be comprised of half adults over age 25
* Same day check in not allowed

Near ice cream, burger shop, beach store & pub all within walking distance. The owner has put a lot of care and effort into his home to ensure that his guests enjoy their stay. Everything we Wanted

Renting this property through VRBO and Owner Direct was very easy. After hours/weekend check-in and check-out was very convenient and easy. The house was as described. The pool was a bit smaller than expected from the pictures, but it was adequate for 3 or 4 people at a time. The walk to the beach was easy and the dairy bar down the street was fabulous! We would definitely stay here again.

It is a true beach beauty that offers families and groups room to enjoy time together, whether relaxing poolside or beachside during the day, then cooking out or movie night together in the evenings. The public beach access is just two blocks away with bathrooms and showers. Within the immediate area there is something to entertain everyone -- an ice cream and hot dog shop on the corner, a giant tacky beach shop for those fun souvenir searches and a laid back beach side cafe for lunch or happy hour by the sea. We appreciate your positive feedback so that others might learn what a perfect getaway destination can be found at Sea Grass.

Great vacation

The house was clean and nice size to fit the entire family. Loved the 3 or 4 min walk to the beach and pool at house. I enjoyed how many places there were in walking distance. Our beach access had banana boating and parasailing which the family was able to enjoy both! The beach was nice and not overcrowded on the right side where we rented chairs with umbrellas. We walked to get ice cream, lunch, the souvenir shop, convenience store, and mini golf all which were a hit. Overall we had a great week and enjoyed working with owner direct vacation rentals who were very friendly and helpful.

Overall great vacation

Great location to beach . Great floor plan for a large group. House needs some repairs & updates . Floor in master and kitchen needs repaired badly. Backyard terrible , rickety fenced in area needs torn down. Housekeeping could do a better job cleaning. Pool small but nice! Plenty of cookware and dishes.

Thank you for the detailed review and we certainly apologize for not earning perfect 5 star status for you. This home is an older and original beach home but well taken care of by it's local owner. The size, space and location are the best family beach setting. The fencing around the perimeter belongs to neighbors and cannot be removed by the owner. We will forward your thoughts for the owner to consider; maybe an aesthetic landscape to hide the fence is a fixer upper option.

Perfect Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful vacation! The house is simply beautiful. It’s spacious, comfortable and elegantly decorated. It was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. It’s in a great location. Just a short drive to the main strip which has everything, from fine dining to fast food. I am now in love with North Myrtle Beach. The staff at the management company made everything so easy for us. It was very reassuring to know they were there if we needed anything. I have recommended this house to my friends and family and will definitely be staying here again. Thanks to all for a great vacation!

This owner takes great pride in his property. In 2016 he totally remodeled from the walls in and out! New siding, new drywall, flooring, furniture, kitchen, bath rooms, everything is BRAND NEW!!! And a private pool was added! There is so much to this charming beach house Sea Grass that you can't have anything but an AWESOME week. The house was nice. We had a few issues upon arrival but the maintenance team was GREAT!!!!

The house was nice. The air conditioner had to be replaced, the hot water heater had to be fixed, the TV’s didn’t work, the sink upstairs was leaking, the dishwasher need to be fixed. But, the maintenance crew was excellent and everything fixed within 1st days. The backyard needs some attention. The website says grill on premises, but VERY small and not cleaned (we didn’t touch ) since the maintenance team was excellent we will be back. Great location near beach, pool small but enough for 3-4 people to enjoy and relax.
