Nice place to stay

Location and property where great felt like a cozy little cottage with enough room for everyone, the only negative was a flooded path to the laundry room that was hidden and the dryer didn’t work until the day before I left. The owner was quick to get it working and communicated well with me, just a bummer when it rains all week and you don’t have a dryer!

Excellent Stay - Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful week trip! Great communication with the owner and rental company, clear instructions on how to get to the location and to get in. Location is perfect! Quiet spacious ground level condo, we loved that we had covered outdoor space, Steps away from the beach with a good sized pool. The other perk was the owner had all the necessities for us when we arrived - it definitely felt like a home away from home. If we come back to the area I would absolutely stay here again.

Needed More Time

Can't really put into words what this property and what this small slice of beach has done for our family. We have stayed here twice now, and have left better than we arrived both times. Wish we could have stayed longer. Have also stayed in the upper apartment and while we did enjoy our deck views better in that unit, the price of this unit was better and overall the experience was the same. As has been mentioned in other reviews, some of the furnishings could use an upgrade as they are starting to wear down and aren't as nice as some of the other rentals, but we really could care less. We were there for the beach and the weather. If that stuff is important to you, take note. Highlights of this years trip: -Perfect weather -Morning, evening walks up and down the beach -Catching hermit crabs, snails lizards, etc -Watching the neighbors catch sharks off the shore -World class sunset literally in your backyard -Night swimming in the pool -Losing an awesome frisbee in the ocean, but finding the same one at RonJons that night LOL -Playing in ocean waves in late November! -Finding the arcade in Clearwater, and then an amazing adult arcade in Dunedin. -Busch Gardens was the highlight for the kids. What a great park!

Wonderful Fall Break Getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time! We loved the fact that we could walk out on the patio and the beach was just a few feet away! The beds were very comfortable and everything seemed very clean. We appreciated the fact that the condo came with beach chairs and umbrellas already provided. The manager was very easy to contact and responded with any questions I had very quickly. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Wonderful combination of pool, beach and quiet neighborhood.

We appreciate the fully stocked kitchen and beach equipment—chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. We loved the beach access and quiet setting. Thank you!!!

Relaxation overload

Cleaning was subpar, the dust bunnies say “hi”. Furniture needs update as there is no support available and the pillows are great if you enjoy sleeping flat. Mattress on daybed has breathed its last but other beds were comfortable. Location could not be better !! One of my favorite rentals in Belleaire jjust needs some updates.

It was an amazing location.. Cute little property. It could use some updating and could be a bit cleaner as well as better beach chairs but other than that, it was great... Steps to the beach... Slept with the window open to the sound of the ocean.... Loved our stay here.. Would come back.

Beautiful & Right on the beach!

Wonderful stay! Right on the beach! Great area that’s not crowded with people. The best part to us was when the sun would go down and we could watch in on the porch.

Return visit

Second time staying here and This location is fantastic! Did have issue with some roaches this time. You can hear people upstairs walking ( it literally sounded like they were stomping although they weren’t) , so was woken up very early with that. So just an FYI. Last time we stayed it was a lot quieter but others on property this time were louder. Overall the place is great and will book again. Property has an amazing view and just steps to the sand.

If you want a relaxing vacation, this is it!

Fabulous beach. No crowds on beach. While not fancy, this property is well worth checking out! The only negative is the beds need to be upgraded.

Good location but loud neighbors above

The place is in a nice area for sure. Only things we didn’t like was it is extremely loud when people are above you. The floors are thin and are loud when someone is simply walking above. We had several lizards inside the house upon arrival and the bathrooms are joining. Other than that it is great. Right on the beach and fantastic views.

Family vacation

The place was very qua and perfect for us, until the family came above us they sounded like a pack of elephants and someone kept bouncing a ball on the floor. We did have to pick up cigarette buys out of yard too. I would invest in screening in your back patio but it is a perfect view to the ocean but get tiki torches and bug spray is a must.

Location is EVERYTHING

The location of this condo could not be more perfect. We have stayed in the neighboring condo in past years and wanted to try this one for the 3rd bedroom. It is nicely stocked, extra towels provided and beach accessories. If you are coming for luxury, this isn't your place. If you want the best location possible and don't care about updates and frills, thisbis the place to be! We truly love it here!

Lovely and quirky little beach apartment. Lots of towels, kitchen is well equipped, although the plate storage was difficult for the more vertically challenged. Wonderful views and easy access to the beach.

Loved the place. Location was perfect. Steps from the beach. The house had everything we needed. Had a minor issue with the fridge not cooling as well as it should and the owner had a new fridge delievered and installed the very next morning. Just had a great experience through and through and definitely look forward to staying there again in the future.

Great location! Incredible views!

This condo is right on the Gulf! It had everything we were hoping for. Swim in the ocean, swim in the pool. Great sunset views. Only negative would be the "Queen" bed was the smallest queen bed I've ever seen, but other than that, the perfect place to stay!

Girls Just Want Some Sun!

We would come back AGAIN and AGAIN!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is cozy, equipped for most anything and is in a GREAT LOCATION. Within 15 steps, you can lounge at the pool or be on the beach depending on which door you exit. The owner and management company were both easy to communicate with and very accommodating. With regard to the condo itself, there were minor issues with the overall condition, but nothing that took away from our enjoyment. It really just needs a good maintenance and organizational once over. We would stay here over and over to enjoy some relaxation at the beach for a good value!
