Beach time

There was construction on the weekdays of our stay. We may not have selected this unit if we had known. The unit was clean, well furnished and supplied. The beach is steps away, not too busy and very relaxing. Pool and grounds are well kept.

Nice Place to Stay

The unit is exactly what we wanted and expected. It was clean and comfortable.There is still a lot of work being done on the building. FYI, elevator issues are very common throughout the area because of the flooding according to the Fire Department who had get someone out of the elevator. This could be going on for awhile since they said the people and parts to fix them are difficult to get.One item that isn't listed in the description is that only "starter" items are in the condo, garbage liners, dishwasher tablets, etc. Do an inventory before you go shopping to make sure you get everything you need.

Misleading property description, but still a beautiful place.

I want to be upfront for anyone considering this rental: We’ve stayed at Seagate before, and it’s a beautiful place, but it’s important to ensure all details are disclosed before booking. After our stay, I reached out to the owner about issues we encountered, including a significant amount of construction (not hurricane-related) in the building that wasn’t fully disclosed. I felt we overpaid and offered the opportunity for a resolution. Hope to update later but haven’t heard yet.Before our trip, we were told the balcony construction was delayed, but it would be accessible after a few days. The listing mentioned the condo was newly remodeled but didn’t note we’d be staying during renovations. Issues included:Noise: Loud grinding and drilling started early each morning, making it impossible to enjoy the inside of the condo.Parking: Our designated spot was often taken by workers. Had to ask for our spot every time we left.Access: The closest stairway to our unit was closed for the week, and the elevator was out of service for a few days.Windows: They were very dirty, and we couldn’t access the balcony until Thursday.Grill: The outdoor grill was unavailable.Overall, the experience didn’t align with our expectations, especially given the price. While the building will be beautiful once renovations are finished, we’ll likely look for a different condo for our next trip to Seagate. Hope Urs will make things right and contact us.

the location, the pool, everything was great. Left nite for property manager as we found broken blind in front bedroom and there was no toilet paper in either bathrooms. Would stay again and just make sure we have everything we would need. As this was the first time using VRBO.

Excellent in ll respects...clean, well furnished/supplied, comfortable. Building is similarly well maintained and situated on a wonderful stretch of Gulf beach perfect for walking, etc. Would have rented for same time next year but it was already booked.

Seagate vac

Just about everything you need for a home away from home. Kitchen, rooms, and bathrooms all set up for occupancy. There was not soap or shampoo as stated in description, not really a problem as there was ample retail in the area. Spent alot of time on the balcony listening and watching the tides. Pool was warm. Gate to the beach very hard to operate, buttons are wearing out for the lock. Owner was quite gracious in allowing an early check-in as we drove from the midwest. AC worked well, extra beach towels in utility rm. Assigned parking, functional elevators, luggage racks, and grocery carts were a bonus and certainly of great use. I would recommend this rental.

Great oceanfront view and beautiful location/property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 1 week and everything was terrific. No problems at all, and the view was incredible from the minute we walked in. We would recommend this unit, and the only small thing I would change is the decor to make it more coastal looking. Otherwise, it was pretty spectacular!

This was a very comfortable condo in a beautiful setting. It’s located in a convenient, laid back neighborhood. The views are amazing! The owner has kept everything up to date and we will definitely return, if he’ll have us back.

This is a wonderful property right on the ocean. The property is fully stocked, even with extra beach items to use. The property is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The sunsets are the absolute best! Owner and property manager were responsive and excellent to work with. Would definitely book again!

Awesome place to stay

This is a great place to stay everything you need . The kitchen had all the utensils pots and pans. Lots of toys were left behind by other people who stayed which was great for the kids. The bad part was we had to leave.

Hire a new cleaning company

Very easy with check in and the owner helped us out about rescheduling x 2 due to Covid and my dads passing. He was so very kind and thoughtful!!! We love this place but cleaning was not very good. I’m sure you pay a lot and they don’t do a very good job
