Relaxing vacation

We all had a great time in this beautiful home. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and grocery store. Very clean and decorated nicely. Has everything you need in kitchen and bathrooms. Everyone felt at home here. The back deck was a favorite in the afternoon and evenings. Vicki is a great host.

Would stay again

We usually stay oceanside but decided to take our boat this time and this place fit the bill perfectly. 21 foot deck boat docked easily in their slip. Super quiet neighborhood but close to everything you need. House is stocked with everything you could want. Vicki is gracious and responsive. We would stay here again!

Second Time and Love it

This is our second stay at this property and we all love it! Just as the first time, the house just has this "at home feeling" from the moment you walk in. Vickie keeps everything well stocked and cared for. The beds are super comfortable for a great nights sleep, the kids love the upper bedroom, they feel like it's their own "suite" and it allows them (and us parents) a little more privacy. The location is literally perfect, you are not right on the strip with all the commotion but still close enough to everything you need. I can say, if you stay here be sure to pay attention to the things requested upon your departure. They require you to do all laundry, make the beds etc.. which is NOT typical when going on vacation. We had to leave for a family emergency and left my 19 year old son there the last night, he failed to wash the towels and it cost us part of our deposit.The only other negative thing was there was no propane in the tank for the fire pit table. the table itself was a nice addition to the deck, we were excited to use it, but the tank was empty. All in All this is a great, clean home stocked with all you will need, in an amazing location. We hope to be back again!

Wonderful home

The vacation with family began the last week of May 2024. I must say, though the weather was not the best, we had a great time. We always stay in vacation homes while on vacation. I must say this condo was the best. First of all, Vicki kept in touch with me prior to during and after we left the residence. She made sure we were all set prior to arriving, called during to make sure everything was working well and if we needed anything. The condo is stalked with everything a home needed and then some. It was a blessing having a full bath for every bedroom. My family enjoyed crabbing and feeding the geese from the dock. The back deck was awesome and a relaxing place to enjoy conversation. The location of the home was perfect. We prefer to stay further away from the boardwalk because of the congestion it draws, however, there are many places to eat and shop nearby. I do plan to keep Vicki's number for future visits. You will not be disappointed.

Xmas vacation

Our Christmas vacation at Casa Gonzalez was wonderful. The house is close to all of our favorite restaurants and North Park for Winterfest. We love to go to Winterset every year. The owner is only a text away and responds fast. Thank you for our stay.

Family getaway

Casa Gonzalez was a perfect place for our family. There was so much space and seating for everyone. Each room had its own bathroom which is always a plus. The kids had fun fishing, crabbing and dipping their feet on the back dock. Vicki was great to work with! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful

The house was fantastic. Everything we needed was provided and it was so quiet. Had the best of both worlds, the excitement of the ocean and OC boardwalk and the quiet of the bay. We will be back.

Enjoyed our stay!

Vicky was an amazing host and so extremely patient with me, as I asked questions that could be found in the checkout documents which I hadn’t had a chance to read through entirely. This property was truly Amazing. From start to finish we had nothing but a exceptionalExperience! To begin with .. Vickie reached out and was so welcoming. Upon. Arrival check in was a breeze and The moment we walked into the property it felt like home. Clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could possibly need and more! The location of the home is literally perfect a very short distance to the boardwalk and beach, right around the corner from a food lion and a ton of restaurants! I highly recommend I think it was called squares pizza.. we ordered this for a late night meal and everyone really enjoyed it! I have already reached out to attempt to Book this propert again ... we can't wait to go Back!

Beautiful home and it truly had everything you would ever need. Vicki was so easy to work with. Our plans had changed at the last minute, and she worked with us to change the check-in date. Thank you so much for that Vicki!!!! And I don't know if it's the added mattress topper, but the bed in the master bedroom is so darn comfortable!!!! Would definitely like to stay here again. Highly recommend!!!

Great location and amenities

The location of this property was fantastic. It was located right off Assawoman Bay and was located on a canal with water rights. A dock for a boat or for swimming made it that much more attractive. Great outside deck! Two large master suites with bathrooms and a massive loft area with a third bathroom was great for our group. LOVED that we could just add to supplies and other food items that were in the home. You could walk to the beach if you were ambitious but the free parking at all the entrances made it easy to drive with all your gear. The homeowner was very easy to work with. Will definitely rent again and hopefully for two consecutive weeks.

Super Homey !

If you are looking for a property that is close to grocery and other stores, right on the bay (a canal), and homey, this is the place for you. Unlike most rentals, the property manager communicated the entire time and you can tell the home is well-loved by families (not sterile/empty), but has a lot of the items you need ready for you.

My family, as I mentioned were the original builders in 1981 and have built many of the homes on this and the surrounding streets. I spend all my summers coming to the beach and almost every week right here, actually right next to this home 11602 was the first one my Grandfather build in 1979. His name was Charles Ausmus.

This is our beach home that we still enjoy visiting in the off season. We do rent the home year round. We have several guest that have rent from us year after year and we hope you become one of them. We ourselves we really love the off season so we do rent the home FULL Weeks from June through August and weekends and full weeks through out the rest of the year.

We are both born and have lived in Maryland pretty much all of our lives. We love so much that the state has to offer and Ocean City is one of the best parts of the state by far.

We have been married since 1989 and this is our second home that we hope you love as much as we do.

I think I have actually touched on that a lot. My grandfather was a very important person in my life, the thought of owning a home that he had build and then having my husband that I adore do the renovations, what could be more perfect then that? Nothing in my mind. This home to me is actually PRICELESS!

It is the perfect blend of my past, present and future.

This home has been in my family since it was built in 1981. My grandfather originally built this home when I was a teenager. Later in life I owned the home with other family members until the home was starting to need some love and attention. My husband and I bought the home out fully from all my family and started what turned out to be one of the most amazing renovations and meaningful changes to a beach home ever.

In 2012 just weeks before hurricane super storm Sandy we started a major renovation. What was going to be simple renovation for updates turned out to be so much more. We started by structurally improving the home, gutting it down to he studs, Ripping off the 3rd floor and raising the roof. Re designing the layout throughout the home and pouring in a ton of sweat and love into the home.

We added some amazing design upgrades, tray ceilings, not 1 but 2 dual showers, rounded wall corners, self closing kitchen cabinets, auto lighted closets, electronic locks, wifi through out the home, Memory Foam Beds and Serta Sleepers, Xbox Gaming and Games for the kids, added insulation for sound proof between floors for peaceful enjoyment, flat-screens through out, Kcup, Upgraded Kitchen, Dual drawer Dish washer, Full Size washer and dryer, Swim ladder and private pier on the canal. The back deck has gates on both sides for a secure area for younger children.

We try to make our home , you absolute favorite place to visit when you go to the shore.

We continue to make improvements to our home each and every year. Back on 2019 we have redone our deck for added room, added gates for protection of young children and also adding a finger pier for the 2020 season.

Patio Firepit table added for those chilly nightd in 2024. New LovSac couch coming late 2024 to early 2025.
