NEWLY RENOVATED! 4 Bed 3 Bath waterfront home in Ocean City, Maryland with boat slip. Family-friendly, modern, and well-equipped (WiFi, cable) house blocks from the beach and across from the Assawoman Bay (water views from all 4 Bedrooms). Sleeps 8-12 people (2 BR with Queen, 1 BR with Full, and Loft with twin bunk bed and 2 Full). (Home is a duplex yet very private).
Brand new upper and lower decks! Brand new kitchen, appliances, bathroom and flooring.
Property equipped with security system and monitored video doorbell at front door.

Loved the house! We were kind of limited on outdoor activities due to Hurricane Erin. It was nice to be able to come back to a very nice home to relax. The deck was where we spent most of our time. Something the water sets a calming atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our 3rd stay at Bayside Lighthouse Retreat and we are already planning our summer 2026 trip back! The hosts are great and the place is perfect for us. We were very impressed with all the recent renovations, it’s so bright and modern and we really like the open floor plan! The loft is spacious and was great for my son and his family (2 adults and 2 children). It’s rare to find a place with 4 bedrooms, especially one that has such a large loft! We always thoroughly enjoy spending our evenings on the large deck and the bayside location is tranquil. Ample parking and being near the Carousel hotel is a bonus for us with an outdoor bar and live music. Food and groceries are conveniently located too. Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful week made better by location

Our family had a great stay in this home without any issues. We were pleased to be welcome to our home away from home for the week. My wife loved going out on the deck to relax and read each morning. We always had great communication with the owner before arriving and would love to come back for another stay.

Nice property with plesant host

Very nice property with plenty of space for a family of 9 teenagers & adults. Host is very considerate and works to ensure tenants are set up for a relaxing vacation. Great communication.

Spacious house

It was nice... The kitchen was all that was needed. It did lack wifi for a few days..but did get fixed. Television access for the children was non existent though.The walk to the beach is more like 25 minutes. Fortunately the parking closer to the beach was not a big issue. The back deck was nice looked bigger and much more inviting in the pictures. There are some things that need some attention... Tiki bar needs an update... The landscape is lacking in attention.

Another amazing stay!

This was our second time returning to Bayside Lighthouse Retreat and we had another perfect week! This year we rented a small 19’ fishing boat that we were able to dock- not many places in OC have that option so that was a big bonus for us. We enjoyed fishing and crabbing and coming back to cook them and sit on the spacious deck for hours many evenings. We also love the location- we parked beside the Carousel hotel to beach all day and pop over to their bar/grill for food and drinks. The host is so wonderful to work with and the place is perfect for our family. We’ve already booked for next year!

Great Trip

Everything was as mentioned. Only problem was when we first got there we had problems with the deadbolt on the door. I called the owner, she answered right away and left us in. Other than that it was just a perfect place to call home while we were there. We all have a lot of good memory's from the trip. Steve

Bayside Lighthouse

There was more than enough room here for four couples and two toddlers for our extended family beach week. It has a great open floor plan and full bath on the first floor. The 3 bedrooms are large on the second floor and the loft on the 3rd floor is huge. We loved having the large deck in the back on the canal and having four parking spaces in the front. It is about a mile walk to the ocean. Other family members were staying in an oceanfront townhome just north of us which was perfect. It was easy to launch our paddle boards from the dock. The owner is great to work with.

Perfect vacation!!

We had such a wonderful experience! The place is very spacious, especially with the loft that expanded almost the entire third level, giving us ample room for our entire family. We also really appreciated having 3 full bathrooms- it made getting ready so much quicker! The patio was lovely to sit outside and look at the bay and we enjoyed dining there as well. The location was nice too, we liked the privacy of the bay side and when we went to the beach we parked close by to the Carousel hotel and visited their outdoor restaurant frequently for lunch and drinks. The place was stocked with all the kitchen items we needed and the beds were comfy which is much appreciated on vacation. I have to say though that the owner went above and beyond for us in a few instances and that is a primary reason we plan to return! Thank you for everything, it was perfect!
