This vacation rental boasts nautical decor, luxury bamboo plank flooring, and granite counter tops ensuring the utmost comfort for you and your guests. Take advantage of the sparkling, well-equipped kitchen and then dine together at the table for 6, or alfresco on deck overlooking the Bay.. Take a seat on the comfy sofa in the living area and stream your favorite shows and movies on the flatscreen TV. Outside, this home includes two furnished balconies where you can enjoy a refreshing beverage and gaze out over the water at the best sunsets in OC, all to your hearts content!

What a gorgeous house and perfect property to take advantage of everything from relaxing by the water hearing the birds to local fun, and of course the beach!! Paula is wonderful and helpful. Her house was very clean and well equipped. And the fact that she allows well behaved pups was very important to us. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back.

Awesome place - very clean and includes anything you would need for a beach trip. Owner is fantastic and answered my questions immediately and followed up to make sure we had a great stay.

Quiet & nice w/sunset views

We had a great trip and the host was consistently helpful to answer all questions prior or during our stay. While linens/towels are not provided, these were in addition to the kitchen being stocked with essential tools/utensils, glassware etc. - paper towels- TP- hand towels in each bathroom- dishwasher detergent- dryer sheets- coffee filters- garbage bags- doggie bags for #2

Great bay location!

Lovely townhouse on the bay! Loved the 2 decks and dock, really nice water view. Super easy to get to ocean (we drove and never had trouble with (free) parking as we got to the beach early). The area is a quiet residential one with everything conveniently located nearby, even nice park(s) for kids and dog. We appreciated that we could bring our dog, it was a bit of a challenge finding potty spots since we were there during extreme heat and sidewalks were hot, but she really enjoyed the deck and dock too. Our family enjoyed this comfortable retreat, thank you!

Beautiful home and beautiful sunsets!

We had a great stay at Bonita on the Bay! Paula was very communicative and helpful and the home was clean, comfortably, and well equipped. I have stayed in Ocean City many times, but never in this particular neighborhood; we were there one week after Labor Day and found the area to be quiet and pleasant with plenty of friendly people around. Being on a canal (as the pictures accurately show), I had slight concerns that the water view would feel closed in with the other houses around. There was absolutely no need to worry: views out of the first floor and main bedroom were both amazing and the home offered everything you could want out of a bayside stay. Thanks for a great weekend!

Air show weekend

Property was nice and clean and filled with what we needed. Check-in/check-out super easy. Paula was so very nice to communicate with and promptly responded when we possibly needed a plumber. Location and view were perfect! Super easy to clean off before entering the house with the hose. The kitchen had plenty needed to cook. My only feedback is: The bed frame is not connected in the guest bedroom and the guest bathroom could use a floor mat to help reduce water on the floor and not slip. Overall, wonderful experience and highly recommend!

As Pictured

We had a wonderful stay. The place was as good as it sounded from the reviews. Comfortable, well stocked. We took a day trip to Assateague from there and another evening went to the Boardwalk - all within reasonable driving distance. Loved loved loved sitting on the deck out back watching the boats come and go. Highly recommend! And Paula was always quick to respond to any questions.

Wonderful vacation in a quiet neighborhood!

We had a wonderful time at Bonita on the Bay! The house was easy to check in to and very clean when we arrived. The views from the back deck are amazing and there are beautiful sunsets! We had a great time fishing and crabbing off the dock and we brought their provided chairs to the beach which was great! It’s a short walk to the beach, but we drove and had no problems finding parking. Great location, lots of fun restaurants and activities within 10 minutes of the property! Paula was extremely easy to get in contact with and very helpful whenever we had a question. We had a wonderful family vacation here!

Great Visit

Property was great, very quiet neighborhood. We were having issues in the beginning with our door code and Paula called me back instantly and got everything working (good chance it was user error). Paula even texted us a couple hours vefore our checkin time and said the property was ready and we could enter any time.

Wonderful experience

Beautiful home! Beautiful views to enjoy! Excellent communication with property manager! First time in Ocean City MD, and we loved it! Weather was “ok” but the deck is partially covered so it didn’t matter that it was a little rainy/drizzly. We still enjoyed the deck. Thank you so much!!!
