The unit could be a bit more updated, (painting, furniture, etc.) which would give it a much cleaner feel, especially the bathroom. Also, the mattress was terrible.

They are supposed to refund me, but have not yet. We only stayed there the first night. When we check in the place was disgusting. No curtains. Stains all over the couch, food crumbs on the tables. We need a refund like they said they were gonna do.

Dear Guest, Please note that all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests, and the room assigned to you was no exception. Although your arrival was approximately five hours after the scheduled check-in time, close to midnight, our staff still made every effort to assist you given the late hour. If any concerns had been brought to the attention of the reception office the following day, our staff would have been happy to arrange for housekeeping to address the matter or to offer a room change if needed. Unfortunately, this was not done and you decided to just leave the property after going to the beach in the morning. Regarding the curtains/shades you mentioned, the loft suites are designed with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the window coverings are intentionally installed only on the lower portion of the windows as part of the suite’s standard design. Over the years, many guests have enjoyed their stay at this property, and we wish your visit had reflected that same experience. We appreciate your feedback and always strive to provide a comfortable stay for all of our guests.
