Hermoso apartamento de un dormitorio y un baño, ubicado en el segundo piso de un bonito edificio en Sunrise Dr.
Azulejos instalados a través de las habitaciones del apartamento, cama king en el dormitorio principal y la sala de estar tiene un sofá cama doble y una cama doble. Tenemos un pack & play si necesitas un bebé.
El dormitorio principal tiene un armario para caminar.

This is a very cute and clean apartment. Nice location can walk to stores, shops and beach. However air conditioning did not work well. It was 75 degrees inside the apartment and only went down after 2 days to 69. Thank goodness it wasn’t extremely hot out. Also the livingroom tv did not work. The tv turned on but it had to do with internet. Texted host right away but never heard from anyone. Would stay in the area again but not with this host.

Fun Place + Pool!

Very nice safe place to stay on the island. Easy drive to the beach and restaurants and walking distance to the grocery. Best part was on site pool for the kiddos.

Nicely decorated

The appartment is nice and clean. Access to the beach is great. Laundry room is also a big plus. Supermarket across the road is useful. But for a family with 2 teens, it is a bit tiny.

Exceptional Location, Great Property and Great Host.

My wife and I spent a week at this great facility at exceptional location. The property was clean, bright, comfortable and within a few blocks of the beach. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the beach every morning. The host was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed biking, kayaking, running and swimming. We will return and recommend this property to our friends.

We loved this little place!

This apartment was just as promised. Less than a block from the only grocery store on the island. A block from the beach. Quiet. A really comfortable bed! And Best yet, right behind our daughter’s family’s home! We love Key Biscayne and come here several times a year. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Florida Vacation

We spent a weekend in Key Biscayne. Our host solved a Wi Fi problem for us. She is excellent to communicate with. We found the beach is close and there are several places to walk to that had good food.

Great choice!

We really enjoyed this apartment! Loved being so close to the beach and having room for 4 people. Nice shower and kitchen. Walk to grocery and cafes. Great unit!

Excellent location, incredible stay!

This 1/1 is super neat and impeccably cleaned. Everything you need for a stay close to the beach and shopping. Owner extremely gracious and accommodating. We took it at last minute and the communication was great. Recommended!

Highly Recommend

We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was clean and comfortably furnished. The best part was the private beach that we had access to as part of the rental. That’s was made it exceptional. There is also a grocery store right across the street which was great. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to others.

Clean and well located

Had a lovely 3-night stay. Unit was clean. Quiet at night. Comfy beds and pillows. Beach chairs and towels as promised. Enjoyed the local magazines and the 80s & 90s trivia. Would rent again if we came back to Key Biscayne.

Convenient location. Walkable to shopping and beach.

This property was the perfect size for my husband and I. Beach access was great! You could even sit in the shade if preferred. Very walkable area. My only negative feedback would be the grounds could be better kept up. And the pool needed to be cleaned or vacuumed.

Short stay on the key

Perfect location for access to shops and all points KB village. Ample room for 2 people. Some blades on the slatted windows (kitchen and bedroom) were missing seals and had open gaps. Might be why th AC was running constantly... Also those windows are missing screens - Hopefully that gets addressed.

Great property/location but health hazard

This was our second stay at this rental. It is a clean, well appointed unit in a terrific location. Both my wife and I developed a persistent cough with wheezing early into our week stay and finally realized it was related to the air conditioning ventilation that we had not needed as much during our last stay. The vents looked like they had not been cleaned for a long time which was confirmed after I inspected the air filter that was encased in a thick brown colored layer of unspecified debris.

TV & Internet

You need a new provider for your Internet & TV as we had no service four nights including our last night and following morning. I don't understand why there were different channels working in each room.

tennis and beautiful breezes

charming, clean, and nice stemware--easy to beach, very tidy. the cleaning staff was on premise and so helpful. Laundry a breeze. pretty nature trails in the cape florida state park. i popped over to the ritz and had several tennis hitting session. the best is the air and the breezes and the beach. ps. uber back and forth to airport, so no need for car or even bike. great island walking. and great communication!

We were very happy with the apartment

Great second floor property (no elevator!) close to everything within walking distance. Ideally located on the island. Perfect for 2 people. The photos correspond to the apartment.The apartment is cozy. There is enough storage space. The kitchen is well equipped. It's quiet at night, only the air conditioning in the bedroom is a bit too loud in our opinion. In addition, the window did not close completely. The WiFi was very good.The apartment was very clean, there was only dust on the cupboards, door frames, etc., hence only 4 stars.The location was very good. It fits the price-performance ratio. But of course there are even better locations such as: directly on the beach, therefore only 4 stars.We were satisfied and would like to come back.
