The Space:

Welcome to Sugar Sands, a charming and intimate vacation treasure on the shores of beloved Madeira Beach. Sugar Sands offers a peaceful beachside experience with only four condos sharing a private pool and secluded beach. This lovely tropical oasis is just steps from the beautiful beach and laden with exotic and fragrant greenery, tropical huts, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower. Beach towels and beach chairs are available.



A unique blend of Florida fishing village, residential community and tourist destination contribute to an original vibe that is Madeira Beach. Mad Beach, as it's affectionately referred to, is that curious mixture of history, progress, and stability which, when paired with the perfect weather of Florida's Gulf Coast, makes for a delightful community. Measuring only two miles long, this small seaside gem draws beach lovers to its pristine white sandy beaches. Madeira Beach is home to John's Pass Village and with six public parks, boat-accessible restaurants, charter boats, and dolphin watch cruises, it has something for everyone. Dog-friendly beaches include Bicentennial Park, Fort Desoto Park, and Boca Ciega Millennium Park.



Sugar Sands C is on the second floor and offers 2,500 sq. ft. of homey beachside living penthouse style. This retreat offers fabulous views from the sunroom, dining area, and main suite, and all the comforts of home with a nicely appointed kitchen, wine refrigerator, and breakfast bar. Three bedrooms have private full bathrooms, TV, and king beds, a rare luxury. The magnificent main suite boasts a charming sitting area overlooking the glistening Gulf of Mexico. And last but not least, the fourth bedroom has two sets of full bunk beds, a TV, and a handy sink and refrigerator.



THINGS TO KNOW

Elevators are not available.

Free shared on-site laundry.

If you choose to bring a dog, they are not allowed in the pool.

Breeds not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf-dog Hybrid.



Other Things to Note:

1. Charging the Pet fee per day

2. Limited to one dog in each apartment

3. Guest would be responsible for all damages and clean up after their pets

4. No aggressive breed
