Paradise awaits you at this Direct Gulf Front 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in Las Brisas. During your stay, you’ll awake to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico and enjoy memorable sunsets every evening with views from your balconies off the Living area and the Master Bedroom! This unit has been recently updated with all the bells and whistles, including all new furniture and appliances, to relax your trip. It has a fully stocked kitchen and a convenient in-unit laundry room. The first master bedroom has a king-size bed; the second master has two queen beds; the third bedroom has one queen bed, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. All bedrooms, including the Living Room, have smart televisions and cable. The unit also has wifi. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for your stay.

Please note that there is only 1 parking space and no guest parking at Las Brisas. You must park in the designated parking spot.

Las Brisas offers a heated pool, BBQ, and picnic area, off-street parking, and is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and bars, including the famous Johns Pass! You are just minutes from the beautiful Treasure Island beach and so much more!

Whether you are looking for lots of fun or want to kick off your shoes, lay back and enjoy the warm Gulf waters then this is the place to do it!

Great view of the beach. The condo was well maintained and had everything that we needed for our stay including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. I would definitely stay there again!

If I could give this condo more than five stars I would! I have stayed at other condos before. None compare to the accommodations of this one. Communication was excellent and they even provided a very thorough welcome and guidebook. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, including a coffee bar set up with ground coffee and K cups. I have never experienced that anywhere. The beds were super comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrellas are there-everything you need for the beach. The location is outstanding with beachfront views of the Gulf of America. I hope to come back to this location in 2026!

The perfect spot for a getaway with friends. The ease of booking to checking out was so simple and the guide book app is a must. The place was clean, comfortable and had almost everything provided for us. Everything was updated but understandably the electrical system showed it age. We definitely will recommend this place and stay again.

We were very impressed with our condo. First of all very clean and beds were so comfortable. We had all the supplies we needed to cook or be on the beach and more. We loved all the space we had and being right on the beach. We had an early flight and we were also able to check in early which was another positive. The first night we did have a problem with the air conditioner but I reached out to the owner and she was on top of it and had someone there at 9:00 am the very next morning and also give us a credit for our inconvenience. We loved the condo and had a wonderful stay and if we come back we would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing

I highly recommend this property! Last year we stayed in this condo in another unit and it was great so we decided to come back to this location. This unit was so much better than the other one. The decor and amenities were the best we have had and the property owner was extremely attentive . There are so many extra little touches with this unit, like extra towels, beach chairs and supplies. Just so many little touches that make it worth it. And the beach … wow just wow! You can see the sunset from the patio and the beach is right there. If you are wondering if you should book this unit just do it. You won’t be disappointed!

Beach getaway

This condo is well situated and it's stocked with everything you might need for your stay! No need to bring beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. it's there for you. The host was in constant contact with us. We had a great time and will rent this unit again if available for our next trip to Madeira Beach!

Beach Trip to see our daughter in Tampa

It was amazing! The condo was PERFECT! We were set for a relaxing beach vacation. The amenities were above and beyond. Highly recommend this rental and the area.

Great vacation!

The condo was exactly as described. Nice location and view. We got to see dolphins and manatees almost every morning. Sunsets were beautiful. Only issue we ran into is needing 2 vehicles since there were 10 of us. We had to park at the hotel up the street since there are only one spot to park. But the owner of the condo had told us about it before we came so we were prepared. Other than that we had no issues at all. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas were provided so that was awesome that we didn't have to rent those. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I have stayed at a variety of VRBO properties across a variety of beaches in Florida (both Gulf and Atlantic coasts) and this is by far the best yet! This condo is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. My husband and I, our 20-year-old daughter, and our two teenage sons all agreed that it was exceptional. Everyone had plenty of space, and this was TRULY the most well-stocked condo we have ever stayed in. For the beach, it offered several beach chairs, boogie boards, skim boards, pool noodles, a cooler, and sand toys. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of toilet paper, towels, washcloths (even make-up cloths!), shampoo, body wash, and hair dryers. The kitchen included every appliance you could imagine and all of the kitchen tools you could possibly need. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and everything looked brand new. The balcony was amazing and the beach was stunning. We were there at the end of May, and the beach was not crowded at all. We saw a manatee and dophins aplenty! There are restaurants, shops, and putt-putt all in walking distance. We spent a fun day in John's Pass too, which could have been a walk if we were willing to walk a mile and a half or so, but we drove instead. The owners were the best communicators. We had to reach out once with a question, and they responded IMMEDIATELY - even called to check in on our stay. The app was so helpful. We visited and enjoyed two of the restaurants the owners recommended and loved them both!

Great beach stay

We had plenty of space for our family of five. The condo had everything we needed including beach supplies, washer/dryer and a high chair. The beach was great and we were only steps away, so we could easily come and go throughout the day. Would definitely stay here again.

Best Sunset Views Ever!

The unit was super clean and they provided everything you need for a few days: toilet tissue, garbage bags, coffee, etc. Was wonderful to be right on the ocean! Our little granddaughters loved seashell collecting and building sandcastles. I highly recommend this stay!!!

I am originally from Ottawa, Canada and my husband is originally from Georgetown, DE and it has been one of our life goals to have a place on the beach. Our girls are born and raised in Florida and love being outdoors enjoying the coastal life. We are delighted to share our beach home with you.

Our beautiful beach home is located directly on the gulf of mexico which is our favorite beach to relax on. We have always dreamed of having a place on the beach and were so happy to make that dream a reality this year. Our condo comfortably fits our family of five along with friends or relatives who tag along to enjoy the beach with us. My girls and I find nothing more relaxing that morning yoga on the beach and we were so thrilled that there is a beach yoga group just steps from our condo.

We love to cook and to spend time together as a family, so you will find a well stocked kitchen, games, restaurants, fishing and mini golf all within walking distance from our condo.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This condo is conveniently located just steps from the beach. We love that you can be on the beach without hauling all of your stuff for what feels like miles. There are several grills just off the beach so you can grill up some burgers or hot dogs without ever having to leave the beach.
The condo boasts a large balcony that runs the full length of the unit so you can enjoy a good card game, cup of coffee or glass of wine while listening to the sounds of the waves of the Gulf of Mexico.

You can expect to see dolphins playing right in front of the condo on many mornings, or sea turtle nests during turtle season. Sea life is a huge part of what attracted us to this particular condo.
