Come vacation at Ourtanfannies. This great house is located one back from the ocean. Listen to the waves from your bedroom, while relaxing indoors or from one of the new covered or sun exposed 'fannie tanning' decks. Enjoy the private pool, decking, and private hot tub.

Upstairs on level two, Ourtanfannies has a great room with a wooden cathedral ceiling rising to a large skylight. Living area has wonderful natural lighting with an open floor area. The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and ocean view dining area. Create your vacation memories at Ourtanfannies. Book for a week or more!

Guests have easy access to the beach, Avon Pier and 'Canadian Hole.' A soundside sidewalk provides safe walking and biking to shopping, Koru Village, family medical facility ,and some of the best restaurants in Avon.

The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change.
