Quiet Stay

Overall this is a great property for a relaxing vacation. The bedrooms were private and comfortable. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

A true family vacation

More than enough space for our family (5 adults, 2 kids). Well stocked and comfortable. Easy walk to large open beach. Planning on a return trip next summer!

Very comfortable and clean, plenty of room for our family (5 adults and 2 kids). Kitchen was well stocked. Longer walk down a private boardwalk to the beach but well worth the seclusion and space that the beach offered. Already planning our stay for next year.

Beautiful property. Great for large groups.

We loved the quiet, nearly deserted beach. The unit is large and had plenty of room for our nine guests. Very well equipped kitchen. Beds were all made and there were plenty of towels.

The house was very clean. Just the right size for our family of 11. We loved the beach and the family area of the house. Great Vacation!!!

Awesome Family Vacation

We rent the 2 houses side by side for our extended family vacation which works out perfectly for us. What makes this house special in comparison to the other side is Vacasa's special attention to having the beds made and complimentary items that help with getting in the first night.

Great view and beach

It’s behind the gate on the West end of the beach. Very private beach. It’s ocean dent, but does have a long walk on a wooden platform. Ice maker is nice for drinks and coolers. You can’t find a better deal for a 6 BR and 5 bath house. Kitchen stocked good too. There are no beach toys or chairs, so bring your own. This is our 2nd time here and will return.

We have booked `Piece in Quiet` along with the house next door (attached) for the last several years. The 2 houses with their connection between provides us enough space to bring our whole family together while keeping some individual family space as well. We love our time here. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Nice house - some issues

I really liked the rooms and amount of bathrooms per bedrooms ratio. The only thing is that for all the bedrooms there were only 2 tvs for the whole house. The outside was a great atmosphere but on the west end you cannot see the beach as much as closer to the bridge. The pathway had nails popping so be careful on the walk to the beach.

Perfect family vacation spot

This gorgeous and spacious ocean front beach home was perfect for our family! We had 3 couples and 5 children in our party and there was more than enough room for all of us! The beds were very comfortable. We had a little issue with the refrigerator but I contacted vacasa and they sent someone immediately to fix the issue. The location was amazing! The neighborhood is super quiet and it felt like we had a private beach to ourselves because it was so spread out. We will definitely book this home again! The only points I would make for families with kids are that the stairs are a little steep. There is no grill or air fryer at this location, we brought ours from home since the air fryer is life with our kids. Other than that, it's perfect!
