This spacious 1880 Victorian home is located in Wilmington, within walking distance to restaurants, bars and the entertainments district. Just a short 8 minute drive to the World Equestrian Center. This former law office in Wilmington for 50 years, we have converted the home into a beautiful 5 bedroom STR. Featuring 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths with walk-in showers, a comfortable living room upstairs and downstairs and a large full service kitchen .

Steve made our vacation so special. We went to Ohio to attend the Renaissance Festival and he decorated the house and went above and beyond to personalize our stay. The house was gorgeous and the beds were so comfortable. I would highly recommend and will be staying here again the next time we venture to Ohio.

Great host! Great location! Very cool building to stay in. The only comment is there was minimal space to potty the dogs but was never an issue.

We loved this house! The beds were very comfortable, high quality sheets and towels. The host was very generous with snacks and extras and very accommodating. The house is just beautiful, great location, plenty of parking. We had a big group, and it was perfect!!! Everything you could ask for! We can’t wait to come back next year!

This was by far and away the best place my group has stayed for our annual trip to Ohio Ren Faire! Steve really cared about making us feel welcome and had the whole house decorated to match the Pirate Weekend theme of the Faire. Personalized notes, custom décor, A SCAVENGER HUNT with a thoughtful gift to find! We didn't even unpack before we hunted for treasure! 5 Stars isn't enough stars. The intentionality and the freebies were so generous and very much appreciated. Steve was easy to communicate with and helpful from booking to stay to check out. Top shelf and white glove fall short of how our group felt just walking in the door! Best place to stay for the faire, bar none!

This home was 5 stars! Extremely clean, well-thought-out furnishing (such as desks placed in quiet places for work), comfortable beds and bedding, as well as thoughtful home touches (such as decorations for St. Patrick’s Day and candies placed in the hallway for us to enjoy). Nice coffee station set up, and all amenities needed for laundry and showering were provided. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip up!

The Verdict's Inn was a clean and beautiful home. It was well stocked with a lot of extras. It was very clean and the attention to detail was over the top! Steve answered questions quickly and with attentiveness. We loved having off the street parking. It is always a comfort to enter a house and immediately feel at home and the Vedict's Inn did that for us.

The house is fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were met with so many thoughtful details. The coffee bar and snack station, candy dishes, special greeting on the chalkboard, fluffy towels and make up cloths, nice toiletries and a surplus of kitchen supplies. We were thrilled with all of the amenities and especially loved the spacious bedrooms and nicely updated bathrooms. Everything was very thoughtfully curated. We also had terrible winter weather and our walkway was shoveled and de-iced in the morning. The best was that the house was decorated for Christmas so it made our stay very cozy and special. Thank you for your hospitality. We definitely plan to return. :)
