Enjoy both the lake and land, situated on 165 acres on Bay Lake just 10 miles outside of the town of Crosby and the Cuyuna Lakes Mountain Bike Trails, which offer 70 miles of winding trails through the Cuyuna Country State Recreation Area. You will be 1.5 miles from Ruttgers Resort where you can book a round of golf or enjoy a tasty lakeside lunch or dinner at the restaurant. On this property you will enjoy hiking, biking, swimming in the pool, or play some pickleball or tennis. You will have lake access for fishing, pontoon rides and recreational water sports. Our property is situated in one of the lake’s premier swimming bays, with clear waters reaching a depth of 35 feet just 100 yards from the dock. Plus, a scenic 5-minute boat ride takes you to a nearby sandbar. Fire-pit area outside for a nice evening fire. The main living room boasts a large fieldstone fireplace with wood split outside the door for your use and makes for a cozy night in. Several local restaurants and one being our favorite Lonesome Pine is great for all ages, fine dining and casual atmosphere at the same time. There is a very nice Super One grocery store in Crosby, along with an attached liquor store. Downtown Crosby also has several restaurants and shops. The Cuyuna Regional Medical Center is also a quick 10-12 minute drive.
