Beautiful spot overlooking the heated pool and the ocean. Loved the two bathrooms, king bed and full kitchen. The heater/AC unit in the bedroom is extremely loud, but we got used to it. Super nice TV's in the bedroom and living room.

We enjoyed our stay. Only had 2 things that we were not happy with. The AC was very loud when it turned on and although we feel bad for homeless people it was an uneasy feeling that they would hang out in the lobby and in the coffee roomOther than that it was very nice
We watched the rocket launch from our balcony
Beautiful sunrise
Night time on the balcony
Another beautiful sunrise

Your perspective matters deeply, and your comments will guide our efforts to ensure the property receives the updates and care it needs. Upon review, we don't see where you contacted our 24/7 Guest Services Team to report the issues at the property. Regarding the people in the lobby, we recommend guests make a report to the front desk if at anytime someone on property makes them feel uncomfortable. We apologise for any inconvenience you had during your stay. We have documented your report about the noise coming from the AC and sent the information to our Operations team for it to be addressed. The place was fine. Not falsely advertised but not what we imagined when reading the listing. Just because it says "laundry on site" doesn't mean it is convenient laundry areas. The unit we stayed in was ok. Seemed like it was bare minimally upkept, as in floor tiles in the same room didn't match, ice cubes trays dirty, and a smell that never went away. Not a hazard, but definitely felt like something was lacking. I know couch pullout beds are never the best, but this one was absolutely terrible. There were stains on the pillows that appeared to be blood but can't confirm. Luckily we had our own and told the kids to ignore it.

condo needs maintenance on several items: main bathroom sink needs the drain stopped adjusted so that it will drain properly, sliding glass door feel like there is something broken on them (very hard to slide), door handle on entrance door was very loose to the point of being unsafe (i tightened it myself), wall lamp shades are all falling off because they don't fit properly, the outside air conditioner cover is broken in numerous places, and the biggest visual problem is that as soon as you open the door to the unit, you see a bunch of tile that has been broken and haphazardly patched (look like a closet or wall was taken out and the tile was not replaced). Not saying this Condo is bad by any means and we did enjoy ourselves, just would've liked to see the place be in better repair and cleaner.
