We own multiple units in this building and have 20+ reviews ALL of which are a 10/10 approval or 5 star depending upon which site you view the property. If you have a larger group we can accommodate your group for a week or multiple months. Just drop a note. You will be amazed with the views from our rooms. All directly over looking the huge pool, beach, and Atlantic ocean.

Unwind in Daytona Beach at this enchanting condo. This cozy retreat features 1 bedroom with a king bed. This oceanfront property features 2 bathrooms, ideal for couples or families. The pool deck offers sunning, swimming, a hot tub, and direct beach access. Nearby there are restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and summer weekend fireworks at the pier. You can also view rocket launches from Port Canaveral. This Daytona Condo is just 5 miles from the racetrack and offers many amenities.

The room was perfect and loved having two bathrooms! Wonderful, oceanfront view, and close to everything! Could walk to most things! It had everything we needed! The kids loved the beach and the pool! The host was also great to work with! Will definitely be back!

The only downside of the property was the lack of shops close by and no one on site to address needs or questions. Love the pool and beach access right outside the door!

Thank you for the review and positive points you loved at our location. You may recall I gave you my personal phone number, email, and always available through VRBO. If you had any questions or needed assistance in anyway, we were there for you. Concerning shops, just a short walk to the bandshell which is surrounded with shops and tons of entertainment. We often walk there ourselves along with my senior friends and to the amusement park with the grandkids. Next time, please call me and I will help you find anything missing. While you didn't give us the 5 star review we are used to, we hope you appreciated the upgraded room we provided without extra cost and consider visiting again. Our goal is to have guest delighted with the experience. Respectfully,

The condo was exactly as described. The functionality is great to have a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms in one small space but it works great. The view is amazing! Everyone at the condo complex was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again. Bob was attentive and very responsive. Thank you for a nice stay!
