This lovely property features 1 king bed Master suite with enormous walk in closet, housing your ironing board and iron, and 3 queen bed guest rooms perfect for a keeping all your guests happy. The sleeping quarters are separated by a gigantic Great Room , perfect for studying , office check ins or sleeping on the soft leather couch! The eat in kitchen has all the large and small appliances as well as a serious amount of cookware , dishware and linens . The house has heating, and AC, to answer all of Florida weather ! The garage has storage space as well as the washer and dryer so your stay will be enjoyable and stress-free. This equestrian property is located just 7 miles from the Wellington International Equestrian Center, as well as Global Dressage and Palm Beach Polo. The home is on a five acre equestrian property which is totally enclosed and dog friendly. There is a barn onsite, as well as grass paddocks and a 310 x 140 sand ring with jumps, and accommodations can be made for stabling. Whether you are coming to West Palm Beach to relax , to compete, or for family vacation time , we have you well covered at My Happy Place.

Lovely property, very spacious, peaceful and inviting. Our hostess, Cassandra was very helpful and accommodating. My siblings and their family visited for Christmas and all were impressed by the little touches that made them feel comfortable. Absolutely recommend!

We loved our stay here. Our two dogs were welcomed and had a wonderful time playing with Brewster and Pip. The property is a quiet oasis after a long work day (we were here in business). All the amenities we needed were here, the house was clean, the beds were invitingly comfortable and the coffee was amazing! We enjoyed the Christmas decorations. Thank you for that!

The pastoral setting was wonderful. We sat on the patio listening to the birds, chickens, and horses. Cassandra was great to work with and extended superior hospitality. There were five adults in our group and we had plenty of room and privacy. Given the opportunity, we would definitely stay there again. We would recommend it to anyone.

I also run a small business that focuses on customer service and providing a good product , so spilling over into this area of lodging seemed a natural progression . We bought this property and completely restored it, and we take great pride in having people experience the beauty and excellent weather here in south Florida .

The Groves is a very special place because it is in the heart of a very busy area, but yet here in our neighborhood it is very quiet and even serene. The property lots are large , the homes are set back and it’s much different from try local suburbia, which is why we love it so much here

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because the home is so large and spacious and the property itself is quiet, peaceful and serene, yet close to everything West Palm Beach has to offer . There are not too many listed properties that sit on a working equestrian facility or that you can bring your dog ( or horse ) with you on vacation . We have a lot of wildlife , but we also have four star restaurants less than 5 miles away . It’s the best of all worlds !
