Everything the same as before Irma

  • 5 of 5

We were impressed to not only the property but the island post Irma. Very little damages or change. Some foliage missing and minor cosmetic damages but all in all, very good shape. Mojitoville fair equally as well. So glad we went and can not wait to go again. Love Tom, Ruzena and all the Conchs :)

Highly recommend, again, to all those even thinking about going. You will not be sorry.

Owner's Response: Thanks, Dan. It's nice having friends in the home. Glad that the post-Irma visit worked out well for you folks. The next time you visit the pool will be re-plastered, the fences will be replaced and the plantings will be restored. Have a great winter. Tom and Susan

Mojitoville - Piece of Paradise on Earth

  • 5 of 5

Mojitoville was the perfect setting for our 1 month, KW vacation. Everything was provided and the amenities made our stay so easy. Right in the center of all the city's activities, sites and restaurants we were in walking distance of most of the popular attractions. The private pool was the icing on the cake.

Great house in a Great location!

  • 5 of 5

I recently stayed at Mojitoville for just over a month. The house is very comfortable and the location can't be beat! I spend a lot of time in Key West and have stayed in many long term vacation rentals all over Old Town and this was by far my favorite! I loved the proximity to Eaton St. Seafood Market and the Mojitoville kitchen and outdoor gas grill had everything I needed to cook up some fresh seafood!

The entire house was well decorated and stocked with everything I needed. There are also many helpful labels and notes explaining where things are and how to control lights, ceiling fans, TV's, etc.

I look forward to staying at Mojitoville again!

Owner's Response: Thanks for your gracious words, Tom. Like you, we love the location. We find it interesting that we are getting so many rentals from couples and singles even though there is room for 6 in the house. I guess that the location is our best selling point. Again, thanks. I hope that we cross paths once again at Shots and Giggles. I'll buy you a shot and we'll try to make you giggle! Tom and Susan

The Perfect Key West "home away from home"

  • 5 of 5

Mojitoville not only was everything as advertised BUT more. The owners (Estep's) and Ruzina (Property Manager) were wonderful and a pleasure to work with. Best experience thus far in our 7 trips south. The house, well I wish we had taken pictures but not being camera or phone bugs, we have no visuals to share but believe me, you will experience the real Key West just from walking through the front gate. The house is well decorated and has that lovely home away from home feeling. The house is well maintained, roomy and has all the amenities you could ask for. The pool was just the right size for cooling off from the "warm" August weather. As for location, one could not ask or plan for better. In close proximity to the waterfront and only a few blocks from Duval. A few more blocks onto Mallory Square. Just perfect! We will certainly stay at Mojitoville again... and hopefully soon :)

Great house, great time!

  • 5 of 5

We absolutely loved Mojitoville! The proximity to EVERYTHING was amazing. The house was beautiful and so clean. We loved the front porch. We had everything we could hav needed already there for us. It was such a pleasure for us to go off on our own (two fifty something year olds and three nurses in their twenties or so) and then to come back to the comforts of this home to eat dinner together and play games! We will definitely be back!!! Thanks Tom and Susan... For everything!!!
