Aside from a few hiccups, which the host was extremely quick to communicate with and resolve, we had a great experience. It's a little mind boggling how much the price can fluctuate depending on time of year but that's true for every property on Vrbo and otherwise. We'd definitely stay here again.

The home was wonderful for our grandchildren ages 4-9. Much to do and explore! They were pretty disappointed that the pool heater was not working, but enjoyed the hot tub. Beds were comfortable and house was very clean. Pictures on-line made the rooms look much more spacious than they actually are, but still a good size for us. The slide was a big hit! House was well equipped in all areas.

Fantastic family vacation home! Beautifully decorated in contemporary mountain style, wonderful proactive communication with the owner, and loads of entertainment for the whole family onsite. Bedrooms/bathrooms are beautifully appointed, very clean and very comfortable. Even though it's close to Asheville, there is so much to do at the house that you really don't need to leave. Beautiful, quiet setting in the forest so you can hear the nature around you, very peaceful. Absolutely perfect for a family staycation. Great separation of areas so parents can get some quiet while kids play or watch films. Had a small issue when we arrived and reached out to the owner. Response was immediate and proactive. Best customer service I've had in years! We will definitely be renting again! Can't recommend it enough.

House was very clean and well equipped. Kitchen was well equipped and stocked. TV’s in all rooms and lots of entertainment for 6 kids, ages 9 to 16. The pool heater went out due to extremely cold weather, so we could not use it and cannot rate it. But—the pool is a large, covered pool and looks like it is well kept. The owners worked with us about the pool and were very reasonable. There were 14 of us of all ages. This is a great house for a large group or family gathering. Management was extremely helpful and responded very quickly to any questions. Probably the best management we’ve ever worked with through the years, and we’ve worked with many!!!!
