We have parking for up to 2 coach buses on a gravel pull off at the road-side 50 yards south of The Grange driveway. Guests are welcome to walk or shuttle in a smaller vehicle from the parking area to the home

- Approximately 1 acre is fenced

Quiet Policy: Please note that The Huntly Estate is located in a private and quiet mountain community. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area offers.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

Payment - Cancellation - Insurance - Military Discount: Please inquire about our payment and cancellation policies, military discount, and information about vacation rental insurance.

Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
