The location of this house is fabulous, right on the beach and close to Surf City Pier without being too crowded. The beach access was great. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was a bit understocked for basic cooking and the main TV did not work well/was a bit old. Overall, we had a fabulous time and enjoyed the house! We would definitely return.

Family Vacation at Bel Mare

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house! It had beautiful views and is in a perfect location. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking needs. When we arrived, the house was very clean. The texts from Landmark were super helpful with check in/check out information and reminders for trash pickup. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful home with unbelievable ocean views. The beach access couldn’t be any easier. Not too crowded when we were there in August. The water was warm and clear. The top deck is shaded in the afternoon which is amazing!!! (but could really use the taller chairs to see over the railing). I love that the linen service, including bed making, is included. Washer, dryer and dishwasher are all new-ish and work well. The stove/ oven is old (it has the coil burners) but it worked perfectly fine. The kitchen could use small plates and more bowls. There are actually good pots and pans there - but also the peeling Teflon ones - stay away from those! The pantry and cabinets were completely cleaned out so don’t expect any food to be leftover from previous guests. No shampoo or soap for the showers. Excellent communication with management company. Well maintained home.
