Property is conveniently located to Traverse City, Sleeping Bear and other sights. A newer home with all the necessities. Heather gave us great tips on things to do and see. She was always quick to respond to our emails.
We really enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Ping pong table was fun to have in the garage. The guest bathroom was a little finicky and the stove top made crackling noises so we did not use it but used the grill instead. But other than that it was fantastic!
Thank you for your review Jody and for letting us know about these small issues. We have fixed the stove and adjusted the toilet in the guest bathroom. We appreciate the heads up!
Clean cozy place
Very clean house in a wooded neighborhood. We went for a walk in nearby state forest on a dirt road to a lake, also had a fire in back yard. The house had everything we needed. It was 90 plus day we arrived house was cool even though no AC and remained comfortable.
Stayed at Heather's home while attending a Summer Solstice Art engagement at the Parsons Center. Everything you need is already at the home. Just pack your suitcases and get there already!
Great place to stay!
We had a great experience! It’s located in a quiet area but still an easy drive to Traverse City and the Leelanau Peninsula. Plenty of room for a family of four and it was very convenient to have a washer and dryer. There were a few dirty dishes when we arrived but everything else was clean and well-maintained. The check-in process was easy and the list of activities provided was very helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a relaxing atmosphere but a quick drive to everything the area has to offer!
Just Like The Pictures!
Thank you so much for sharing your property. Everything was so clean and nice. If we come back to Interlochen we will stay here again.
There's lots to see and do right around the corner in Interlochen. Check out the Lost Lake Pathway, a 6.3 mile, hike, mountain biking and cross country ski trail. If you're a golfer the Interlochen Golf course is minutes away. And there's plenty of inland lakes nearby for boating or kayaking. For convenience a full grocery store, coffee shop and restaurants are less than 4 miles away.
