A pie de playa familiar!

Despertar cada mañana frente al río Swan en la ciudad de West Dennis, en la playa del Cabo. Este recientemente renovado 3 habitaciones / 1 baño hogar, junto con una ducha al aire libre, está perfectamente ubicado para un día de playa fácil. Camine hasta los helados, los restaurantes y Dunks para tomar su café de la mañana. A solo media milla (.5) de South Village Beach, ideal para familias, puedes caminar o andar en bicicleta fácilmente por un día en el agua.

La casa está ubicada en una calle tranquila frente al río Swan, donde puedes poner tus kayaks o tablas de paddle paddle para remar. Disfrute de su café de la mañana o de sus bebidas por la noche en el porche cubierto, que es un lugar perfecto para comenzar y terminar su día de playa. Disfruta de la fogata. Esta casa es perfecta para entretenerse después de un día de golf o disfrutar de las hermosas playas de Dennis.

Fun Getaway in a Cozy Home

This was a great place for myself and my family to stay for the week and relax. Super close to almost everything in the Dennis/Barnstable/Yarmouth area. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood

Vacation on The Cape

The house is in a great location. Quiet neighborhood but close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed the evenings on the screened in porch.

Great location

House was perfect for our family of 5. The owners had everything we could need to have an amazing vacation on Cape Cod. The hosts communicated wonderfully and checked in on us. I would stay at this home again if we are ever in the area.

Great Location

We love this part of the Cape. We stay in the Dennis area every summer. This house was in such a great spot. It’s walkable to the beach (our kids are older) but also right by the river for fishing and crab catching. It was well appointed with everything we could have possibly needed.

Fabulous weekend getaway

This property was awesome! We were in town for a Saturday night wedding at Lighthouse Inn. Literally a 3 minute drive! Property was clean and had everything we needed! Was close to the beach as well as many restaurants and shops. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks for a great weekend!!

Great weekend getaway!

My husband and our 21 month old son came down to Dennis for a long weekend and this house was absolutely wonderful! Clean, great communication, and the location was great - an easy walk to beaches, close to coffee and restaurants, and right across from Swan River. The house and yard were perfect for our family, updated, and had everything we needed. We loved the screened porch! As we left we were already talking about coming back next year. Thanks for a great stay!

Great House!

We had a great time staying here. We spent a lot of time on the screened porch which has plenty of seating. House is very clean and comfortable. We were a group of 4 adults and 1 child. Nice bed linens and comfy beds! Communicated with Ben who is a very nice guy and responds quickly. My 10 year old has already asked to go back to this house again!

Great little house, easily walk-able to the beach.

Cute little 3 bed house which felt much bigger than that! Great location to the beach and easily driveable everywhere else. The screened in porch was great, we spent both mornings drinking coffee and evenings eating dinner out there. Beautiful kitchen, well stocked with cooking pans for us to use. Will keep this property in mind for future rental.

Home Away From Home

We absolutely loved our stay at Love Etta. The home is clean, welcoming, and very homey. Our favorite part of the house was the inviting screened in back porch. Ben responds quickly to any question you may have. We plan to definitely return the next time we return to the Cape.

love the porch!

Our small family of four enjoyed a wonderful week at Love Etta. Located on a small side street off of a main road, we were a short 5 minute drive to some of our favorite Dennis spots, including Woolfie's, Joey's, Chapin's, Cuffy's, and West Dennis beach. The kitchen was fully stocked, which allowed us to enjoy most of our meals at home. Shaws was less than 10 minutes away. The furniture was comfortable and the bunk beds worked out well for our small children. The newly installed AC units in the living room and main bedroom were a necessary addition as it did get fairly warm in the house during the day. I think having one in the rear bedroom would be a nice touch as that room got rather warm. The outdoor shower and newly installed laundry units made it easy to come home from the beach and rid ourselves and towels of salt and sand. One slight negative is that the indoor shower/bath water did not get very warm despite all other faucets in house getting normal hot water. We enjoyed every night relaxing on the beautifully lit screened-in porch, which got a nice breeze in the evening hours. This was our favorite part of the house. Although the view of the Swan River is lovely, you do have to walk one street over to launch. Ben is a gracious host who has great suggestions and was always very easily accessible if needed.

Great Location - Nicely Updated and Great Rental Experience

We vacation in cape cod almost every summer; a multi-generational trip with my husband’s parents and our 2 children. I originally booked a different house, but after the owner made me feel uncomfortable with the process, it was too shady of a deal to follow through. Everything happens for a reason because then I stumbled upon Ben and Courtney’s property. The booking process was super simple and secure; very easy right through the app. Since we were “seasoned Cape Codders” we didn’t need much info, but they were great about sharing their recommendations for the area. This house is very cute. I like to book a house that has some nice renovations. Many rentals can seem dark and outdated on the cape, so this house was sure refreshing with natural light, an updated kitchen, laminate wood floors, and a great screened in porch in the back. The 3 bedrooms suited our needs nicely and while there is only 1 bathroom, there is an outdoor shower as well. Linens were provided which is a great plus; one less thing to pack/launder! During our stay, disaster struck... literally. An EF-1 tornado hit only a couple streets away from the house. The town was covered in fallen trees and debris. Luckily, the only tree that sustained major damage on the property did not cause injury to the house, but like everyone else in a several mile radius, we were without power. I called the property owner and they were so wonderful; they took care of everything and kept us updated on the power outage and removal of the downed tree. While it was a completely unexpected part of the trip, Ben handled it with the utmost professionalism and compassion. The location of this house is great. Many of our favorite eating spots are less than a mile away; Kreme n Kone, The Dog House, Swan River Fish Market/Restaurant, etc. You’ll also be close to kayak/boat rentals right on the swan river. We walked several times right to the beach (sidewalks and crosswalks all the way). Jump on 28 and hit all your favorite mini golf spots! Not to mention, if you love shopping/souvenirs, Cuffy’s is super close too! Staying in the Dennis area means everything is close. During our stay, we spent time in Falmouth/Woods Hole, Hyannis, Yarmouth, Harwich, Chatham, Orleans, and Wellfleet. Nothing is too far away when you’re in the middle of it all. We really enjoyed our stay.

One great week at Love Etta

Our family of four stayed at the end of August 2018 at Love Etta and we enjoyed the house very much! The 3 bedrooms worked well, having a 16 year old and a 11 year old, both had their own space, great. We spent most of our time at the house on the screened porch, the decorations are lovely in every room and we felt quickly at home. The floor fans in the bedrooms were not very efficient and maybe window air conditioner would work better. We will try to come back next summer!

Our favorite feature of this home is the large screened in porch. Such a great place to start your day with a coffee, or to unwind at the end of the night. The outdoor ceiling fan and shade keeps it cool and the cafe lights are perfect.
