Esta casa es luminosa y recientemente renovada (2017) con mucho espacio para disfrutar de sus días de verano en el cabo. Tiene capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente y está a menos de una milla de la playa de Sea Street. La casa tiene un dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio y un dormitorio de invitados con 2 camas individuales. El área del salón tiene un sofá desplegable y un sótano completamente terminado con un gran sofá seccional, un futón y un colchón de aire tamaño queen. Hay un televisor ahí abajo, haciéndolo
¡Un espacio perfecto para que los niños jueguen y la gente duerma! También hay una gran terraza acristalada que tiene mucho espacio para pasar el rato dentro y todavía coger un poco de sol. Es la mejor habitación de la casa!
Hay 1 baño dentro y una gran ducha al aire libre. Hay un porche exterior con una gran mesa grande de picnic, una parrilla, y un montón de espacio para jugar fuera.
Está en un barrio tranquilo, y está en una calle principal tan poco tráfico en la calle.
El helado de Sundae School está a la vuelta de la esquina y Royal Pizza (paseo muy rápido)
A poca distancia de varios restaurantes, bares y helados (Oyster Company, Red Nun, Improper Bostonian y Ocean House)

Perfect Location for a Cape Cod Stay

This cottage was the perfect location; walking distance to the beach. It offered everything we needed for our stay including beach accessories. Property was clean.

We had a fantastic stay with our two little kids. The house has that relaxed Cape feel and the area was very quiet yet a short walking distance to ice cream, restaurants and the beach. We used the sun room all day and evening. What a gem this place is! The yard was great and we enjoyed the heated outdoor shower very much. Shed was well stocked for the beach except a wagon or beach towels.

Perfect Outdoor Entertainment Spot

We had a blast in this house. For 6 adults the sleeping situation was a little tight but we were warned ahead of time by the owner so we were totally cool with it. With that being said everything else about it was perfect. The backyard is one of the best entertainment spaces I’ve ever stayed in

Everything was exactly as stated in the property description. Owner was super easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Dennis Port.

Wonderful outdoor living areas!

We enjoyed our stay in this house! The kitchen had everything we needed and we really appreciated and used the outdoor living areas & outdoor shower. And it's a short walk to the Sundae School! 🤗. The A/C ducting makes some banging noise, but we slept in spite of it.

A Dennis Delight

This cape house was beautiful especially the sunroom. My family of four had plenty of space inside and out. The hosts get it, everything you would need and more provided for you. The location was a short walking distance to the beach and stores. We had a question when we arrived and the host Emily was quick to respond. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Beautiful house, so many amenities, and the best owners!

The house was beautiful and came stocked with everything we needed to live in it for a week, and more! They even left us a bottle of wine which made the whole week kick off with a strong welcome to Cape Cod feeling. The house itself was extremely clean, the owners must be meticulous about it. There were some helpful extras in the kitchen to help us with cooking (spices, oils and whatnot). The back yard is small and cozy, lots of seating to enjoy the beautiful Cape breeze. We walked to the beach, walked to the ice cream store down the street, walked to the downtown (highly recommend Improper Bostonian which is a quick walk), felt like we could walk everywhere- great location! Would love to return again and hopefully will soon!

Cozy beach house

My friends and I stayed at this property for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time. We were about a 15 min walk from the beach and great restaurants. The sun room was a fun hang out spot. Emily also provided great restaurant suggestions in the area.

Great location

We had a great vacation at this property. It was a great location, comfortable for our small family. The house had everything we needed and then some. The only thing we didn’t realize was the parking price for Dennis beaches (30$/day; we rented previous properties that were just in neighborhood beaches and never paid). This of course was no fault of the owner. Emily was quick to reply to any questions.

Cape week

Overall a great stay and great house. The only complaint we have is the noise coming from the AC unit when it would stop it would make a loud banging noise. Other than that we had a wonderful week and loved the screened in porch. It was close to an ice cream store and the beaches and we loved the outdoors for grilling and the outdoor shower is a plus.

Perfect location!

This was my families first vacation to the Cape and we couldn’t be happier! The house is literally a 10 minute walk to the beach or a minute drive. Close to all shops and restaurants but most importantly Sundae School which did not disappoint. The house itself is in great condition; very clean and has everything you need! All of our time in the house was spent in the sun room which has the most magnificent breeze! Patio and grill space was wonderful and I cannot express how much we liked the outdoor shower. Having this to come back to after the beach is a must! Check in and out was a breeze and communication with the host was great. This place is top notch. We will most definitely be back. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Wonderful time

The only issue I had is I wish the queen bed was a little firmer, however, everybody has there own matteress preference. All in all I had a wonderful time the place was clean and in a quite area and within walking distance to many places.

Girls Weekend Away

Wonderful, cozy and comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out, lots of areas to curl up and read or relax. Only wish we had stayed a full week instead of just a weekend.

Great Cape Cod Vacation Home!

This was our first family vacation to the Cape, and chose Emily’s house for the ratings, the photos, and the proximity to the beach. The property exceeded all of our expectations. For four people (two adults, two kids) the house was the perfect size and the outdoor area ideal for wiffle ball or outdoor meals. Like many of the other reviewers we spent most of our time in the sunroom-which was terrific - but due to the humid weather, a bit stuffy in the middle of the day. One bathroom called for an organized approach, but the outside shower help manage throughput. We loved having Sundae school steps from the house-and Sea Street beach was a perfect small beach for the four of us. We would definitely recommend the property and would love to stay again if we come back to the Cape. Enjoy!

A great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Emily's house. The sunroom was our favorite spot, and loved the convenience of the house. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The twin beds were comfy and the perfect setup for our kids.

Convenient and enjoyable

Property as promoted. Walkable to beach and town. House is very nicely decorated with a fun "capey" feel. Sunroom was in constant use and breakfast on patio a daily event. Outdoor shower was great!

We loved the fact that it is not on a main street, but yet in the best location for an easy walk to pretty much everything; beach, restaurants, ice cream, and bars.
