Tamaron es una hermosa casa en la playa frente al golfo con una gran terraza abierta con vista al golfo de México. Disfruta de techos altos que se abren en un gran loft extra. Disfruta de la gran combinación de sala de estar / cocina con muchas ventanas, perfecta para ver cómo suben y bajan las mareas. Tamaron es una casa de playa muy popular y tiene muchos huéspedes habituales, lo que realmente lo dice todo. La casa alquila de sábado a sábado durante la temporada alta a menos que lo apruebe el propietario. (TENGA EN CUENTA: el sofá cama de arriba en el área del loft NO funciona y NO se anuncia como una cama de invitados, solo se ofrece como un sofá para sentarse).

Great location

Location of the property could not have been any better did find some small cleaning issues like an empty tea bottle under the bed and tub could use a good scrub. Listing said kitchen was stocked nicely. I found kitchen to be not as organized as I like I hate searching for things when I’m cooking. Deck could definitely use some shade. There are tables with space for umbrellas but no umbrellas. Overall it fit our family well. Bedrooms good size and comfortable as well as living space. Oh I did clean under the house and organized pans

Great house, great location

The house was clean and presented just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked, though we were glad to have our electric griddle from home for big breakfasts. The location was exactly what we wanted—a house right on the beach! We had 8 people in our party, but could have had more with the loft setup. We will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Tamaron very much! House was described accurately. Was clean and had more items in kitchen than expected. Easy and fast check in. Perfect house on beach just steps away from ocean! Would stay here again if available!

Excellent Location!!

This House is plenty spacious enough and has the BEST VIEW ever!! Kitchen was well stocked!! We had one issue come up and we called the real estate office and that was handled very very quickly! Needs some minor maintenance but overall the house is pretty comfortable!!

Do not stay in this house!

Very dated house. Killed several cockroaches during our stay. Several got away. Holes in the drywall. Towel racks previously ripped off the wall glue job attempted. Something splattered on the master bath door and baseboards. Baseboards throughout house were filthy. Kitchen counter top coming apart. Garbage disposal drain cover missing, garbage sprayed everywhere whenever turned on. TV in bunk room did not work. Door to same room did not latch close. Sound on TV in living room did not work. Door on one of the sliders would not lock, a stick had been placed to keep it closed. Sounded like something (insects) were inside one of the exterior walls in the master, chewing the walls. Having said all this, new deck was nice as well as the flooring. Great location and beach was beautiful!

Price is right!

Stayed at Tamaron a couple weeks ago. The beach is great, the deck is great, and the location is secluded yet convenient. The floor plan is a good layout. Open concept is great for entertaining. As others have said, Tamaron could use a deep clean and a fresh coat of paint. And yes, it is a bit dated. Tamaron just needs a bit of love. But, remember the price is right, the a/c is cold, and that view! You’ll spend the majority of your time on the beach by day and the deck by night. Both of which are well worth it! And keep in mind the house to the west is 6x the cost! Overall, the price was right, the location, and scenery is what this property has going for it!

Very Dirty!

When we arrived I found wet rugs still in the washing machine. There is missing dry wall all over the ceiling. a rubber duck is even stuck to the ceiling!! The cover for the garbage disposal is missing so when you turn it on, stuff flies everywhere!. The light switch in the hall bathroom would not turn off. I called the rental company and they sent someone out on Tuesday and he came back to fix it on Wednesday. When we arrived the sofa bed in the loft was half way out. It is broken and can't be pushed in or pulled out. (I don't think you would want to use it anyway, it is FILTHY). The outside deck was nice. The location of the house is the best thing about it! For the price that this house rents for it needs a lot of work! Angie G.

Beach & Quiet

What a great week we just had staying in the Tamaron. The house is directly on the beach and gives beautiful views of the gulf. We were able to spend a lot of quality family time on the beach and in the water. Otherwise, we were sitting on the deck enjoying the view. We saw lots of dolphins and stingrays. On our last morning, the dolphins were jumping out of the water—so beautiful! The house was comfortable for the 9 adults in our party. Everyone had a place to sleep and access to the bathrooms when they needed them. The kitchen is on the small side but we managed when cooking meals. Overall, it is a great house. We have already been discussing when we want to return.

Disappointed Rental

The home has so much potential; needs major updates and felt as though needed to wash all dishes, linen and bedding (which I did) prior to use. Deck furniture was broken and prior renters had made a fire pit/site underneath the house. This was unacceptable and a terrible first and last impression of the house. We love the area but will not rent this property again.

*Awesome* location - needs a deep clean

This property could not have been better location-wise. Literally 15 steps to the ocean. It is located in a great stretch of beach that was not busy at all. We saw dolphins and manta rays on two separate occasions which we all loved! Our party consisted of two families who wanted to be far away from crowds and bustle during the Covid season, and this location was definitely that. There is a great little general store a little more than a block away (within walking distance) that had everything we needed. The property itself was fully stocked with everything we needed as far as cooking went. We loved having the loft area for the kids to build with Legos and play when we weren't hanging out at the beach. Our only wish was that It had been more deeply cleaned before taking on a new renter: it needs a good sweeping, vents and fans need dusting, carpeted stairs need vacuuming, bathroom tubs, countertops, drawers, cabinets and rugs need a good need cleaning, etc. One more thing to note was that while the WIFI signal was strong, the Internet itself was slow which made virtual calls problematic at times--just something to note if you have to work during your stay.

Needs attention

Finally got to the house after we put the address in our GPS because the check in lady gave us the wrong map to the wrong house first walked in and the house looked like it had been theough a dust tornado noticed tohe fridge was leaking took the maintenance guy 2 days to finally look at it the place is in serious need of upgrades compared to the other beach houses on the same street my last straw on this place was when we found the used hypodermic needle sitting on the shelf by the breakfast nook. Clearly they dont clean. We told the people upon our checkout and there facial reaction and words said it all the lady shrugged her should lers and said yeah we've been hearing that alot of the houses are dirty. Her facial expression basically told she doesnt even care . The poll only good thing about this place was the beach that's it. For the amount of money you put out for a week you would expect better I will never ever rent from these guys again. The only thing you are to them is a check in their pocket they dont care about anything elses

Right on the beach!

Very nice beach home ...very short walk to beach in a non- crowded area. Very nice floor plan and 2 large dining tables. Great long deck facing ocean.
