Hey Diane, I'm so sorry to hear of your issues at Tamaron during your stay. All of our homes are on bi-monthly pest control regimens with the pest control company on standby in case of bug sightings. Had we been notified, we would have sent the pest control company out immediately to remedy the bug situation and our maintenance guy to handle any necessary repairs. Since your departure, we have sent the pest control company over to respray the home and have not heard of any other issues from any other guests that have stayed after you, housekeepers or home inspectors. We also made work orders to take care of the maintenance you turned in and have had these items addressed as well. I know you mentioned on your comment card that you turned in upon your departure, that you were also not happy with having to check into our office. Unfortunately this is our policy which was explained in the rental contract you signed as well as numerous confirmation and welcome emails you received from us prior to your arrival. One of the main reasons we require guests to check into our office is to give you all the information you may need during your stay as well as a welcome packet and additional information about the area. In the information packet given to you at check in (as well as the rental contract you signed, the welcome emails we sent prior and on the refrigerator of the home) there are 3 emergency phone numbers listed where someone is available 24/7 in case there are any cleaning issues, maintenance issues, pest control issues... such as the ones you had occur during your stay. Unfortunately you chose not to call us on anything therefore we did not have the opportunity to correct these problems so you could have had a more enjoyable stay. The home owner has recently done several interior upgrades to the home as well as replaced the deck. Tamaron is actually one of our most popular beach homes and has a huge repeat clientele. I sincerely hate you did not give us the opportunity to fix these issues during your stay and rather posted a negative review. We strive to make all of our guests happy. Sincerely, Jill Reed Manning

We usually have them scheduled during March and April, but with everything going on, it was a bit difficult to have them all done this year. As I do agree things should have been tidy at the time of arrival, I truly wish we had the opportunity to make things right during your stay. We are available any time of day or night and would have had housekeeping back out to do the needed additional cleaning. All of our staff within the office has been with us for a number of years and we are truly customer oriented, so am very disappointed to hear of your experience and will work to address any possible miscommunication that may possibly have occurred.
