3 Bedroom Provençal House, 15 mins from St Tropez, Private pool, Sleeps 6

Our 3 bedroom property was newly completed in early 2011 with the added benefit of a private pool being installed in late 2015.
The property is centrally located within the village of 'La Mole' only taking a couple of minutes walk to the centre of the village giving access to the local restaurants. There is also a bakery and an excellent small supermarket for all your basic needs and more. Only 5km down the road is the larger town of Cogolin where there are many more restaurants, shops and a large supermarket. And the popular tourist town of 'St Tropez' is only a 15 minute drive away.

The property benefits from being air conditioned throughout. Upstairs the property has three bedrooms available, three doubles one with an ensuite with bath and a separate shower/WC room. On the ground floor there is WC/Cloakroom along with a fully equipped kitchen going through to a comfortable lounge and dining area with triple French doors leading onto a private and secluded south facing terrace and large private garden, where we also have our own private pool. There is also the option of using our shared communal pool.

A lovely property with everything you need. The kids loved the pool. The host was helpful and responsive. There is a nice local bakery. A good base camp to then explore different beaches and towns.

Great house, great location

We stayed in La Mole for about 2 weeks. It was wonderful. Our kids loved the private pool, we could not get them out of it. La Mole is a perfect place for further ventures. The beach in Le Rayole is the best.

Family holiday

Second year rubbing we have stayed in this property. An amazing property and location. So many wonderful places to visit just a short drive away but also so easy and comfortable to have days at villa relaxing by the pool. If we don’t go back next year it’s because we’d want the children to see more of Europe but we are still considering going back !

Absolute Heaven

We stayed here for 10 nights in August. The property has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The kitchen is well equipped, very home from home. The air conditioning is lovely, although we found we didn’t need it all the time as the house is well insulated. The pool is gorgeous, a perfect size for 5 people to have a good play in. The furniture is so comfy. We find this can sometimes be a let down in other villa rentals, however in this one, there is the option of a comfy outdoor sofa with coffee table, or a comfy outdoor dining table to relax around (also with a sturdy parasol). The location is perfect for exploring the Cote D’Azur. I would definitely stay in this property again. Also, It’s a short walk to some lovely restaurants in the village and also a small shop which stocks most things needed.

La Mole holiday

The communication before with the owners was very helpful, clear and timely. The property itself was amazing, we all had a great time. The pool was loved by our young children. The town had everything you could need but if you wanted to venture further afield it was a very easy location to get from to beaches/towns/shops. We are already in discussion with Jenna and Simon on a return next year. Wonderful family holiday !

Sommerurlaub

Wir haben ein paar nette Tage in dem schönen Haus in La Môle verbracht. Das Haus ist wesentlich schöner eingerichtet als es die Foto zeigen und ist zudem sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist umgeben von einer schönen Terrasse mit diversen Sitzgelegenheiten. In dem Pool konnten wir uns abkühlen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Kommunikation mit der Agentur bzw. mit der Eigentümerin sehr gut. Von La Môle kommt man sehr schnell nach Saint-Tropez oder Port Grimaud. Außerdem verfügt der Ort über mehrere gute Restaurants. Wir haben uns in dem Haus insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es wieder buchen, wenn wir in der Region Urlaub machen würden.

Perfect

We really enjoyed our stay at villa coco. We were two couples and two children and the accommodation was perfect for us. It feels more like a normal home than a holiday home; the quality of finish and furnishings makes it seem like a primary home. The outside area was also perfect for what we needed with a great and very clean pool, sun beds, outdoor seating and eating area. The washing machine was also a real bonus. We used the local spa supermarket and boulangerie most days but also went to the large l'eclerc in Cogolin nearby. We ate in around half the time and tried the restaurants within walking distance on the other evenings. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with pots, pans and everything you'd expect in your kitchen at home. We went to st tropez on the boat from Les marines de Cogolin, it was a little too busy for us as I was 7 months pregnant but is supposed to be quieter on non market days. Les marines de Cogolin is also where the closest beach is. We also spent the day in Port Grimaud which was beautiful and explored st maxime and a couple of beaches on the south coast. We'd definitely go back to villa coco and really didn't want to leave. Thank you Jenna & Simon.

Fantastic villa near St Tropez!

Villa Coco is a fantastic house to stay in during your trip to Saint Tropez. We had an amazing weeks holiday here in August and Jenna the owner couldn't be more helpful and informative. We would highly recommend this property.

Beau séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines dans cette magnifique maison. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour la décoration ainsi que la qualité des prestations, on s’y sent vraiment chez soi. La piscine est au top et est sécurisée. L’appartement est très bien situé près des commerces et du golfe de St Tropez. C’est la 2ème fois que nous venons et nous espérons revenir l’année prochaine. Bravo et Merci Amandine & Alexandre
