Having visited numerous beaches along the east coast, we fell in love with Wrightsville Beach our first visit and have been coming back ever since.
A close commute from Greensboro, NC, our condo is the perfect getaway. We park the car and enjoy all the amenities this quaint beach town has to offer leaving the stress of the week behind.

Shorebreak was a diamond in the ruff. Nestled between historic and newly built beach homes, this newly renovated condo has everything two people could ask for. It is our home away from home.
Nestled in the heart of town, you can watch all activities in the comfort of the condo community deck or jump in and participate. Everything you need is within walking distance.
Relax at the beach or take a short drive to Mayfair Square & Downtown Wilmington.

Wow! Cannot express how amazing our trip to Wrightsville Beach was. We couldn't have stayed in a cuter condo that is so close to the beach, grocery, restaurants, stores, intercoastal waterway and rentals. Once we parked, we did not need our car until it was time to leave. The beach is less than a block away and the your food options are an extremely short walk or quick uber ride away. The condo was perfect and had everything you need for a fun and relaxing trip away. The owners, Scott and Cheryl were extremely nice and helpful. They give you everything you need to know and bring to make your stay perfect before you arrive. I will definitely stay again at Shore Break and recommend to anyone that is looking for a beautiful, convenient, clean and all around perfect vacation rental.
Fantastic location adjacent to the restaurants and beach bars of Wrightsville! Short block away from the beach, never having to worry about paying for parking.

Full size bed is the only drawback if you're sharing, but not a problem for just a couple of nights.

Loved everything about our stay- start to finish! Especially liked being able to stay for less than a full week. We did 3 nights over the July 4th weekend. Perfect location for beach access (a few minutes easy walk!); main street restaurants, stores, etc; reserved off street parking; very comfortable bed; kitchen with anything we needed for meal prep (grilled once on the common patio deck); 2 beach chairs and spotless! Things to know, that are NOT related to owners/unit- right outside the complex the main street was loud and full of people- could have been the holiday crowds- however, you could NOT hear anything once inside the unit; the common grill only had one heat setting- high- however we were able to work with it- and the patio deck was a big plus- relaxing place to sit after a day at the beach with nice table and comfy chairs. Owners were easy to work with and responsive to any questions. We will definitely look to rent this property for future beach trips.
Location was spot-on for Wrightsville beach. It was right next to all the beach bars and little shops right on Lumina Ave and the beach access was literally right out our door. The place was spotless and and super comfortable. The Owners were quick to respond and easy to talk with! Will definitely be returning!
The listing description was accurate. The location is extremely central, the beach access is great and it is a cozy studio unit. The main drawback was the noisy bar scene. If you aren't part of it, be prepared to be awaken by the revelers when the bars close.
I have a few comments more for the owners than for a review:
The place was nice and clean when we arrived but smelled of mildew or dampness.
I would not choose to stay at a place where I have to provide my own linens again unless I was driving and i would not recommend it to someone whose travel plans were by air. We did drive and bring what was on the list provided but I think the unit should have a few more amenities OR the list should be revised to include bath mat, dish towels, trash bags...The kitchen was very cute but missing some very basic tools such as knives for chopping/cutting (lots of cutting boards but no knives!), a vegetable peeler, a dish drainer. The place is lacking lighting - we were very glad we never had a rainy day. The shower curtain is in need of replacement. That may be contributing to the mildew smell.
