Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location and Oceanfront building on Wrightsville Beach!
Seabreeze Suite 204 one located in the middle of the building on the second floor. The balcony offers unobstructed ocean views overlooking Stone St.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops.

There is assigned off street parking for 1 car only. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.
You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required
No smoking, No pets
Check IN is after 4PM
Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.
This unit is Self-Check in you will receive check in instructions VIA EMAIL 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Mom daughters get away

For Mother’s Day my 25 year old daughter and I visited my 24 year old daughter who moved to Wilmington. We had a great time together staying here four nights- the unit was in a great spot - steps to the beach along with access to bars and some shops.We walked to Oceanic and watched surfers, shopped and had a great time. I would have given five stars but some of the outlets did not work and the dryer did not fully dry our clothes. Would definitely come back.

Condo on Wrightsville Beach

Enjoyed my stay at the Seabreeze Condo. Spent a week visiting with my daughter who lives in Wilmington. Great location - close to the beach and restaurants in Wrightsville beach. Property manager was very helpful during my stay. Plan to stay at this location on my next visit to Wilmington. Only compliant was the cloths dryer was not working.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this property and I love the location! There were a few things wrong with it-dryer not working, outlets in the bathroom not working, tv remotes not working and just had not been renovated recently. I mentioned this to them and when a unit opened up after 2 days they moved us to 106 which was amazing. In the meantime, Halle came out to fix the remotes as they just needed batteries. She was very helpful throughout my trip! Will absolutely stay there again.

We had a few issues concerning the condo that we brought to the attention of the management group. Unfortunately, the problems were not resolved during our stay.

The property was minutes from the beach with balcony that had a nice view of the beach. Amenities were nice. Condo located at a very busy intersection and can be difficult to get to due to traffic. The washer leaked water onto the floor when used. Locks on both sliding doors did not work and were unable to lock. The only outlet in the bathroom did not work. The outlet on the balcony was hanging out of its slot.

Upgrade Your Room PLEASE

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The majority of rooms in this property haven’t been upgraded in 20+ years. Not only did our room reek of mildew, our fridge door was completely rusting, the bathroom had disgusting tile and sink, and it looked barely cleaned. The tile floors were slippery every day and my child slipped several times. The TVs were small and barely worked. Also, the pool wasn’t cleaned every day - someone even came to clean and didn’t even do it one morning. All he had to do was ask people to get out so he could do so. Pool chairs were rusty and broken. For the amount of money, I would never recommend this place to anyone. The only positive is the prime location to the beach.

A great spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This little condo was a perfect vacation spot. It was clean and contained everything I needed to spend a week away from home. The rental company even called to make sure everything was going well, which I really appreciated. Sadly, the pool was closed for the week and it was one of the main reasons I selected this rental. But, the HOA made the call to close it. Though the weather was poor most of the week, it was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the rain anyway. Also, the convenient location allowed me to walk everywhere I needed to go.
