Unit #202 provides our guests with a cozy and quaint condo in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. Prime location and steps away to the beautiful beach, convenient grocery store, large variety of restaurants, several boutique shops and The Shed for daily rentals of bikes, paddle boards and more.
Our unit offers designated off-street parking, an open studio concept with a fully equipped kitchen for light meals, seating area, sleeping area with a comfortable queen size bed, remote control blackout shade for a good night’s sleep and 1 full bath. We also provide our guests with 2 complimentary beach chairs.

Cozy place in such a great location. Was able to go out and have fun at night at the bars then walk home to a comfy bed! And right by the beach.

Love the place will come back again. It was cozy quiet and easy access for walking to lots of restaurants with a bunch of variety! Hosts were very helpful with food recommendations and responsive. The walk to the beach was about 1-2 mins and the area felt very safe. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a great spot to stay in Wrightsville Beach! Super clean and bright space, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and allowed us to check in very early! Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Perfect condo for 2 - easy walk to the beautiful beach and to restaurants - even close to a cute little grocery store! The condo is comfortable and clean with everything you need including a couple of nice beach chairs. There’s also a balcony to sit above the main “drag” and watch the town go by. We come here for every visit to Wrightsville Beach - the best spot by far!

The room was exactly as described, and was very clean. We enjoyed the short, easy walk to the beach and the provided beach chairs. Parking was convenient. We were able to enjoy the sunset from a shared outdoor area at the condos, which was a nice surprise. Would stay here again.

Scott and Cheryl are first class and the place and location are perfect for a beach get-away. Once we park, we don’t get back in the car again until we leave. Everything is walkable. Believe we’ve been staying there for a decade or so.

My wife and I loved staying at Scott & Cheryl’s place! It was a cozy spot and had most all things we needed. We really enjoyed the location—the beach was just a short walk away and we were in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. Scott and Cheryl were very responsive and helpful along the way too. I definitely recommend this property!

The room was very pleasant and clean with good AC. I was very happy with the location and its proximity to shopping, beach access and food/bars. There was no direct view of the beach but definitely close enough that it was not a bother to walk down to the beach access

The location is perfect - for walking around town, or drives to Wilmington or Carolina Beach. Clean and comfortable - Condo- very relaxing & the beach is 2 minutes out the door! Our hosts were attentive and made sure if we needed anything to not hesitate to ask! Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for a couples beach weekend getaway! We love Wrightsville Beach and this spot was ideal for our weekend trip. Convenient access to the beach, we walked to all the bars and restaurants and the spot was comfy and clean. 100% would book again!

Great location! Short walk to the beach/bars/restaurants. Very cute studio located in the middle of Wrightsville beach. Highly recommend for a couples getaway!

The property was a great location and check-in and out was very smooth. The only down side was the bathroom, it was tiny and could use updating. Otherwise the stay was great!
