Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom:

Cozy up in the king-sized bed with a plush duvet, cable TV, dresser, and full closet. Two beach chairs are stored here for guest use. Linens and extra pillows are also provided.

Living Room:

The open-concept main area includes a queen sleeper sofa, electric fireplace, and large smart TV. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine while watching the waves roll in—right from the sofa!



Balcony (Our FAVORITE Spot!)

Step onto your oceanfront balcony and soak in sweeping views of the Atlantic. Two chairs provide the perfect spot for sunrise moments, dolphin watching, or stargazing at night. During the winter months, whales have even been spotted offshore!



Kitchen (Second Favorite!):

Whether you’re here for a weekend or a month, the kitchen is stocked for real cooking:

- Refrigerator, freezer, range, dishwasher & microwave

- Drip coffee maker (filters provided) + Keurig

- Toaster, pots, pans, and plenty of dishes

- Peninsula with bar stools for casual dining

- We also provide a starter set of paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and sponges.



Bathroom:

Recently renovated and sparkling clean, the bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, large vanity, and modern fixtures. We supply towels, hand soap, bar soap, shampoo, and a starter set of toilet tissue. A hair dryer is also provided.

Parking:

Guests may park in the parking garage located directly across the street from the resort. The height clearance of the garage is 6'11". There are a few parking spaces for oversized vehicles, but we cannot guarantee availability. The city of Myrtle Beach has a lot of metered spaces close by. Resort policy allows for one parking space per condo. Motorcycles are allowed to park in the parking garage; however, trailers and golf carts are not.

Meridian Plaza is located at 2310 N. Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach. It's a short, easy walk to the Convention Center, gobs of great restaurants & bars, Starbucks, ice cream shops, miniature golf and is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, Sky Wheel & CCMF. It's about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport, several golf courses and both Tanger outlet malls.

As a host, I take great pride in maintaining the properties I own and manage. I deeply value the time and investment guests make to enjoy a well-deserved getaway, and while I can’t promise perfection, I always strive for it. We have other units available for rent in this resort, perfect for families or friends traveling together who want to stay close but enjoy their own space.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire condo (owner's closet excluded) and balcony, all resort amenities (pools, hot tubs, lawn, sundeck), elevators, and laundry facilities. Entry is keyless via a private 4-digit code shared before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

So much to do (and eat!) within walking distance of this condo! The Convention Center is less than a half mile away. Starbucks, SOHO, bagel shops, Tin Roof, Lu Lu's, Harry's, Donald's, Sea Captain's House - all within a few short blocks - eat your heart out!



Getting Around:

Meridian Plaza is located at 2310 N. Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach. It's a short, easy walk to the Convention Center, gobs of great restaurants & bars, Starbucks, ice cream shops, miniature golf and is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, Sky Wheel & CCMF. It's about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport, several golf courses and both Tanger outlet malls. There are several Uber and Lyft drivers in Myrtle Beach. Most attractions are just a short walk away, so you can easily explore the area without needing a rental car—perfect for guests who love to take in the sights on foot!



Other Things to Note:

While there’s no washer or dryer in the condo, the resort offers a convenient pay-per-use laundromat next to the indoor pool. Machines accept coins or app payments.



The City of Myrtle Beach is currently completing a stormwater improvement project designed to better filter and reroute runoff away from the beach. The work is taking place in front of the neighboring resort (not on Meridian Plaza property) and is expected to continue into early 2026.



While this is a positive, long-term improvement for Myrtle Beach, guests may occasionally notice daytime construction activity or noise, primarily on weekdays. That said, guests have not reported this as disruptive, which you’ll see reflected in our reviews.
