**NEWLY RENOVATED OCEANTFRONT CONDO**
Beautiful ocean views from the 7th floor!

Our oceanfront condo is a luxurious modern retreat situated right across from the beach, offering a spectacular view of the sparkling blue waters and sandy shores. The interior is a modern boho aesthetic with bright open space and sleek finishes. A great place for couples, and perfectly located close to everything but far enough away from the crowds.

The condo has one bedroom with a new king bed and 55 inch smart tv, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom is complete with a shower & jet tub combo as well as two separate vanities.
All towels and linens are included. *Guest Laundry is located on our floor at the end of the hall*
The living room has a 65" smart tv and queen sleeper sofa, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials and a coffee bar.
Enjoy breakfast or a nice cup of coffee while overlooking the ocean out on the cozy patio.
Indoor/Outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna are available for use.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The room was very clean, modern, and exactly as described. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and well maintained. Stay was a perfect weekend getaway for our anniversary. Even though the property is dated, the condo was like new. We would absolutely stay here again. It is perfect for a couple and a couple of kids.

Perfect… we were walking distance to the beach. The property was very quiet and clean…. The only issue was parking deck. It’s very challenging to park your car. It’s very tight.

Check in process was flawlessDecor and design of condo was well done( Breath of fresh air). You could tell they put the effort in.Communication with owner was great.I would definitely recommend for couples !!!

The property itself was smaller than what I expected. The photos made it appear larger. The place wasn't as clean as it could have been. The bath tub was dirty along with the living room table and end tables. Hair was everywhere and the floors were dirty. The cleaners can do better. The parking is terrible and limited. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing.

Great location if you want easy access to the beach. Everything was clean and instructions were clear. The indoor pool was a big hit with our family of 3 given the weather was not beach friendly. My only tip would be to measure your car before you go—the property is extremely specific about what is considered “oversized” and therefore allowed in the lot as opposed to the ridiculously tight parking garage. Otherwise we had a blast and would stay here again.

The whole process was seamless and it was an amazing stay! The view alone was worth it, to watch the sunrise each morning while enjoying our coffee was priceless. Great stay on the beach

The condo was exactly like the pictures and the location is great. The view through the large sliding door was nice and the balcony was a cool place to hang out on.Condo had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable. The hosts were always quick to respond with and questions during the booking process.

Perfect stay for a small party!

Our go to spot!

This VRBO is awesome and both Perry/Spencer were excellent hosts. Communication was swift and clear from check in to check out.We had an issue with the water temperature in the shower. Within a couple of hours there was a plumber on site to fix the problem. I couldn't believe how quickly they got this solved for us. Amazing!As far as VRBO stays go I have never had a better experiance. I would recommend staying here to anyone. The view of the beach is spectacular (especially for sunrise).You will not be disappointed if you book here. 5 stars.
