Great vacation with the family

This place is in a great location! It has everything you need…washer & dryer a great kitchen. It’s close to beaches and great restaurants and a comedy club. I would stay here again Micheal is very easy to work with and he gets back with any questions you have very quickly.

Great house, host, neighborhood. Really as nice as you can ask for. The restaurant next door was as good as anything we ate during our visit. My next trip to the area will for sure bring me back.

This location was perfect for spending time with our older children. We really enjoyed walking to Main Street for shopping and dining. It's also very walkable to the marina for exercise and sunsets. The kitchen is wonderfully updated, and the beds were comfortable.

What a great historic house! Centrally located in downtown Sarasota, it was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. It is walkable to Main Street where so many wonderful shops and restaurants are. The kitchen has been renovated and has everything (even though we didn't cook! LOL!). Michael was a great host who responded quickly to everything. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Sarasota.

We loved our stay at the Little Perry house. This lovely decorated 3 bedroom house in the charming Mt Laurel neighborhood is a real gem. Full of interesting art work and very good kitchen appliances. The beds are very comfortable. Barh and beach towels are of high quality. The owner has really perfected the art of a comfortable place to stay. In comfortable walking distance of Main street downtown is an added bonus. Communication was also excellent.

This rental unit was awesome! The unit is fully stocked with quality dishes, appliances, bedding, towels, and supplies. The unit has beautiful art on all of the walls. We were a .5 mile walk to downtown Sarasota. The owner was a great communicator during our stay. One of the best rental experience we have had!

My teenage children - plus a bonus teenager - and I absolutely loved our stay at Perry Little House in the beautiful historic Laurel Park neighborhood. The home was clean and charming with beautiful artwork throughout, an updated and pretty kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely living room with a fireplace and a bonus room. There was plenty of outdoor space. The kitchen was stocked with all of the dishes, utensils and gadgets anyone could need. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and features unique and beautiful historic homes. It is on the edge of downtown Sarasota and convenient to Siesta Key and St. Armands Circle, really the perfect location for us. Michael was a wonderful host, responsive and accommodating. I would 100-percent stay here again and have already recommended the home to family and friends.
