This unique 4 bedroom property has a 1 bedroom efficiency on the ground floor along with a 2 car garage and large patio. The second floor boasts a fully equipped large kitchen, dining and living room, and one bedroom & bath, a balcony with a table and a grill for enjoying an evening grilling. The third floor features two bedrooms including a huge master bedroom and a dreamy master bathroom, the other bedroom has two bunk beds and a bathroom. Property is in a community with a pool and just one block from the beach! Convenient to beach access and great local restaurants and entertainment venues!
Our vacation units are family friendly rentals only. Reservations for groups of young adults or vacationing students must meet the minimum age requirement of 25 for all members of the party. Please note that children are gladly welcomed.
Please abide by all noise, traffic and refuse rules. Please respect the rights and space of nearby homeowners and other rental guests.
Trailers, watercrafts, private carts/golf carts, bubble cars, skates, roller blades, road surfers, skateboards, foot scooters, rental scooters, or motorized scooters are not allowed on property.
