新しく整った美しい家へようこそ。 ビーチウォークオーバーからカリヨンビーチまで60フィートに位置する、カスタム設計されたビーチホームは、ビーチ好きやリラックスしたい家族にぴったりです。 私たちは大家族やグループに最高の価値を提供し、大きなプライベートプール、美しく手入れされた庭、家族サイズのグリルを持っています
ほとんどの時間外に出て豪華なビーチ環境に浸りたいと思うかもしれませんが、家にはフラットスクリーンテレビが設置され、CDとDVDプレーヤーが完備されています。雨の日や無料のWIFIに最適です。

1階-花崗岩のカウンタートップとバースツールを備えたキッチン、テーブルと椅子6脚を備えたダイニングルーム。 広いリビングルームには、ソファ、ラブシート、クイーンソファベッドがあります。マスターベッドルームは1階にあり、キングサイズのベッドとジャグジー浴槽、スタンドアップシャワーがあります。 クローゼットの中に大きな散歩があります。 洗濯機と乾燥機もこのフロアにあります。

You can see the beach from the balcony. There are 2 publix beach walkways within a block either way. For a Christmas present my husband got the family together. Myself, my husband, our son, daughter in law and 5 of our grandchildren ranging in age from 8 to 14 stayed in the house. 5 bedrooms each bedroom has a bathroom. 4 king beds and 2 bunk beds. Plenty of room for eating and playing games. We had our 2 dogs as well.

This is our third year to stay in this house. We have 12-14 every year and it fits us comfortably!! Communication with the owner is always quick and friendly. The pool is small but great for our kiddos. The house is just a few steps across the road to beach access. We really enjoy staying here and especially love the area because it’s much less busy than the condos in PCB!! Highly recommend a stay here!

Great location

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the beach. Perfect weather. Property could use some updates and new patio furniture that’s why I didn’t give it a 5 star. But the property owner was very receptive and addressed all of our issues.

Excellent location, easy short walk to the beach. home was very spacious and the pool was used quite a bit. Any issues were quickly resolved by the property owner and his response time was excellent.

Family vacation

The house has repairs that need tending to. The pool was dirty. Asked for it to be cleaned and was told someone would be there the next morning. It took 2 days before someone came. Not even a broom to sweep with. Have been home for a week and still haven't received my deposit back or heard anything about it. Our stay was not terrible. We had a wonderful time. I would recommend the house and would stay there again.

Great house

Enjoyed the house... each bedroom has private en-suite. Location did not get 5 stars because of my preference to have unobstructed view of ocean. Will definitely stay again. Owner was always quick to respond.

Been coming for three years and its always awesome.

Location is ideal and not very crowded and just sorry won't be there next year someone had already taken our week before we got home. The owner has always been most helpful.

Great location & we loved the house

The house had everything we needed. The location was great, it is right across from the beach entrance that offered plenty of privacy. We didn’t use the pool with the beach being so close but it looked great. Would definitely recommend for a group of friends or family. Next trip we hope to stay longer.

Labor Day Vacation

We have stayed in the property three years in a row for our annual Labor Day family vacation. We have 14 people, and we are always comfortable with plenty of space. The house is always clean and inviting and beautifully decorated. Communication with the owner is always quick and easy. We were able to meet the owner, Nadir, this trip and he and his wife were super gracious and friendly. We look forward to staying again next year!

Family vacation

This is a great house for our family. Everyone enjoyed the convenience of being close to grocery stores and being able to walk to the beach. The pool is small, but everyone enjoyed the pool. The only issue that we had was that the coffee pot was not clean. We went out and purchased in an expensive coffee pot for the week.

Sunnyside House

We have vacationed here 2 years in a row. We absolutely love the location…less crowded beaches, close to the beach (walking distance), private pool, and plenty of space for our large extended family of 15! The house is always clean when we arrive, and we usually have early check-in! Communication with the property manager is always quick and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Great Trip Again

This is our second year in a row and we have already booked for next year. That says it all! Plenty of room for everyone. Large enough for all family to gather and also room for quite time. Great location in and out to store and back in no time. Beach was beautiful and no crowds!! In the evening enjoyed the grill while children were in the pool.

July in Panama City

We were pleased with the house and the host always responded when I had a question. We had no major problems while staying for a week in July. It is about 20-30 minutes from the action so keep that in mind. We had plenty of room for 14 people. We would rent again.

Family Vacation

The house is in a quiet location about 15 minutes from the crowd. There is a nice restaurant and grocery store just a few blocks away. The boardwalk for the beach is just across the street and a house or 2 down. The beach is beautiful. It was nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom. We had a great family trip and would rent again for a PCB vacation. Thank you for the rental of your house. Cincinnati, OH
