This home is superb for families or anyone wanting comfort and room to spread out in a lovely setting. Very near the Crystal Bridges museum which by the way you need 2 days to really see everything. Gina is exceptionally responsive. Home in a quiet neighborhood conducive to relaxation after a long day of tourism.

Great stay for girls trip. Convenient location. We enjoyed the hot tub and making smores in the fire pit. This house is well stocked with so many amenities. Hosts were great with smooth early checkin and checkout.

This was the perfect property for my family during our stay in Bentonville. Perfectly located near downtown, safe neighborhood. The house was stocked so well, it truly felt like we were at home. Great communication from the owners, easy check-in process. We will stay here on our next trip here!

My husband and I came in for a quick weekend trip to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Tom and Gina were very helpful in providing dining options, and places of interest. House is in a great location to biking trails and a quick bike to downtown shops, restaurants, and a number of breweries/bars. We didn’t do any cooking but the house was well stocked if we did. We will be back with the kiddos for a family trip.

Gina and Tom are super hosts! The house served us perfectly for a mountain bike vacation week. Hot tub was in great shape. House is very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Proximity to town and trailheads is super as well! Front and back porches are great spaces that we utilized depending on sunshine and time of day…there’s always an option!

This was the perfect house for our family with room to spare. It was a great location to numerous bike paths and it was wonderful to come back from a full day of biking to relax at. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor seating with the beautiful spring weather. The garage was a bonus, to help keep our bikes secure and indoors too. It was the perfect retreat!

Such a cozy place with the very best hosts!! Awesome location and it had everything we needed (and more - games, kids books, toiletries). We traveled with three kids ages 3-8, and this was perfect for our family. We joked that we got stuck in the couches because they were so comfortable. We appreciated the hosts’ recommendations and quick responses throughout our stay. Can’t wait to go back!

This was one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at! With our kids, it’s always a struggle finding a family friendly space but this one was unbelievable with accommodations and toys for kids. Our daughter loved it! It was extremely homey, comfortable, clean, and safe. Gina and Tom were responsive and kind. They went out of their way to make sure we were all set! I can’t say enough good things about our stay. We will be back!

This is a true gem! The hot tub was top of the line and we loved having the fire pit for a fun fall night with our family. I was really impressed with the quality of the amenities, especially the linens! We enjoyed some great together time and the layout of the family room and kitchen was perfect for that; so well thought out. The house was just what we were looking for but I wish we had booked for more than one night!!

Our stay at this vacation rental was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The booking process was seamless, and the instructions provided were clear, detailed, and very easy to follow.The house itself was exceptionally clean and extremely well maintained. It was also impressively well stocked—especially the kitchen. It truly had every appliance you could possibly need, along with thoughtful details like Tupperware for leftovers and actual sharp knives, which is rare and very much appreciated. There were even beverages in the refrigerator upon arrival.The home was also perfect for families. There were plenty of toys, games, and art supplies, plus a super fun Lego table setup. Our nieces and nephews came over and had an absolute blast with all the activities available.The beds were incredibly comfortable and outfitted with high-quality linens. There were plenty of extra towels and fully stocked bathrooms with all the essentials.The hot tub was a standout feature—phenomenal in every way. It had more jets than I’ve ever seen, was sparkling clean, and very easy to use thanks to the convenient hinged cover.The location was ideal: very convenient, in a quiet and lovely neighborhood, and close to great local spots like Archie’s sandwich shop right around the corner.Finally, Tom and Gina were fantastic hosts—very communicative, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be staying here again. Highly

The property was perfect for our stay. It's adorable, clean, incredibly well-stocked and comfortable. It is an easy distance to all of the main attractions. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Enjoy!!

The house was above our expectations with many amenities and supplies in which the house was stocked with. All areas of the house were very clean and the beds were really comfortable as well. We came to mountain bike and the house was well positioned to bike right from the house which made it very convenient. Tom and Gina were great with communication from the beginning to the end of our stay. Our family had a great stay and would highly recommend this property if you’re coming to the area.
