Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If trash bin is full, please take the dumpster to the edge of the street. A $35 trash fee will be charged if the bin requires immediate emptying.
Power off TV, kitchen oven, outdoor barbecue gas shut off , all lights, empty and close the refrigerator, close all windows, lock all doors
Place all dirty sheets and towels in laundry room downstairs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No trailers, RVs, camper vans, buses or oversized vehicles in driveway / on property. Sleeping in any vehicle on / in front of property is prohibited.
