~PET POLICY: Pets are only allowed for reservations of 30+ nights (strictly not allowed for reservations of less than 30 nights): If you wish to bring a pet for your 30+ night reservation, please request this via writing so we can communicate the requirements and provide approval. Evidence of unapproved pets will result in removal and cancellation without a refund, along with a violation charge of $750.

It’s approximately 16 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and about 30 minutes from Downtown Atlanta, home to major attractions such as the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, CNN Center, Georgia World Congress Center, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Midtown’s vibrant dining, arts, and nightlife scene is also easily accessible. As preventative measure against parties and neighborhood complaints, and possible city fines, we have 2 outdoor security camera on the front exterior wall facing the driveway/front door, and 2 outdoor security cameras on the back exterior wall facing the entire backyard, pool, hot tub area etc. There’s 1 NoiseAware sensor inside the main living room, and 1 outside by the upper patio.

*Please note – Absolutely NO KIND OF PARTIES, large gatherings, loud noisy groups are allowed at this property. Also, absolutely NO VISITORS or extra guests are allowed (for reservations of less than 30 nights) to stop by at the property for any period of time, unless previously approved and included in the total reservation guest count. All children and day visitors must be included in the guest count on the reservation request at the time of booking, or approved & added prior to the check-in date. The maximum occupancy per group/reservation is 12 individual people total max (including any visitors).
Any violations of these most critical house rules will result in a penalty charge and immediate removal from the property without refund. House rules are strictly enforced with the help of law enforcement due to county regulations. Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM must be respected at all times.*
