About the property

Waterfront on Long Lake, 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath, Private Dock for Boat or Jetski

Warm and inviting condominium on the sandy shores of sparkling Long Lake in Bridgton, Maine. Wonderful location. Take a leisurely, one-mile walk to the picturesque village of Harrison for an ice cream or to dine at the village restaurant. Main Street in Bridgton is less than a five-minute drive, and it has a movie theater, a drive-in movie theater, antique shops, a bookstore, and several other shopping and dining options. There are also two golf courses nearby, Point Sebago in Casco and Highlands Country Club in Bridgton. Shawnee Peak Ski Area is located in Bridgton and is a ten-minute drive. Sunday River is in Bethel, Maine, and is a 40-minute drive. North Conway is a 30-minute drive.

The condominium is meticulously maintained, with three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. It can accomodate a group of up to eight people maximum. It has two living rooms, a dining area, a screened-in porch (not shown in pictures), a deck with patio furniture and a Weber grill.

This condominium is one of only 12 units set on 22 acres of wooded land. The grounds are professionally and beautifully landscaped. There is a secluded, private cove located directly in front of the condominium where you may dock your own boat, a rented boat or a jetski. It is for your private use.

The unit is just a few steps to the sandy beach area where you can enjoy sunbathing, reading a book under the trees or a refreshing swim out to the floating dock. There is a private tennis court on the property where you can enjoy a game of tennis. Afterwards, unwind in one of the Adirondack chairs in the covered seating area which overlooks the court. The gazebo located at the cove is a quiet and inviting area to sit and enjoy nature.

Once you vacation in Secret Harbor, no other vacation can compare.

About Owner/Property Manager

Our family has been visiting the Bridgton area for the last twelve years over the fall, winter and summer. We have enjoyed all of the special things each season brings: the Fryeburg Fair, apple picking, foliage; snow shoeing, snowmobiling, ice skating and skiing; sunbathing, swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, stargazing and, of course, the Portland Sea Dogs. Throughout our many travels, we have always compared each vacation to vacationing at Secret Harbor. We always find that our comparison ends with our saying, 'It was fun, but it's no Secret Harbor.' The fall of 2013 our family had the good fortune to buy our own place in Secret Harbor. We hope that you will find it as special a place as we have always found it to be.

Fantastic for the Whole Family!

  • 5 of 5

What a lovely place to stay! We arrived in unseasonably hot weather, but the windows were open, and fans had been deployed all over the house. We felt welcomed and right at home instantly. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Everything was clean and neat as a pin, yet comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we were thrilled to find everything we needed for fun at the lake including a canoe with paddles! We had a couple of seniors in our party, and they were happy with the easy walk from the condo to the water's edge and the wonderful gazebo which offered much-appreciated shade. The small, screened porch off the dining room quickly became a favorite spot, and it was lovely to know there was a full entertainment system upstairs as well as down (the cooler temperature in the basement made it a great spot to nap while others enjoyed a movie or music upstairs). The owners kept in touch with us and were exceptional hosts. The grounds were well-maintained and quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. Overall, we could not be happier with our choice!

A delightful Maine Lake experience

  • 5 of 5

The property was well maintained and clean for use. Although the house is not air-conditioned, there are fans available which help a bit on very hot days. The owner was a pleasure to work with and very helpful for any needs such as finding paddles or kitchen items. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay in Secret Harbor

  • 5 of 5

This condo had everything we could think of....beautifully decorated and was ideal for our family. There was a bedroom and a very spacious bathroom on the first floor which was very convenient for my husband and my one son and his family were very comfortable upstairs and my second son in the walkout basement...each with a private bathroom. The place is very well equipped with a kayak and a canoe...close to town. We will be back

From the minute we opened the door to the minute we left we had a marvelous family vacation. First of all we have to say that the owner was so nice. She was always willing to help and answer our questions.

The property was amazing, clean, well kept end up and has plenty of room. There was not one thing that was lacking. The view was amazing right on the lake. Each bedrooms were beautiful done and very comfortable. Having a canoe and Kayak to use was definitely a bonus. The best part of this property was the beach and lake. Great swimming and fishing,

Everyone in the complex were so friendly and neighborly. We felt that it was hone for a week. We would definitely without question rentt this property again and recommended to our friends!

Thanks to the owners for making our family vacation one to remember!

Perfect Long Lake stay

  • 5 of 5

This is an excellent property. We rented in this community ten years ago (different unit) and wanted to return. The home accommodates a family of 8 very well (as we found out over one of the weekends!), with bedrooms on 3 different levels, and 3.5 baths made it very easy without people being on top of each other. The home is well appointed, and with a beautiful view out to the lake from the deck. A screened in porch was an extra bonus! We had family and friends stay with us for part of the vacation, and then enjoyed time to ourselves. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate most of our meals at home. Having the dock right by the home was perfect as we had rented a boat for the vacation. We had several questions for the owner both before and during our stay, and she was very immediately responsive with answers. The area offers shopping and fun stuff to do (when we weren't busy being out on the lake), and grocery shopping very convenient. It was very peaceful and tranquil, with only the loons to make much noise. An extremely relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I would recommend this property and would want to return.
