This vacation home is located in the popular 24 hour Security guard Gated Windsor Palms Resort community. There are three bedrooms on the first floor (Two King master rooms with private bathrooms and one room with a full size bed), a living area with leather sofas and large TV. Upstairs, you will find three more bedrooms (One king bed, and two themed rooms with 2 twin size beds in each room). Three of the King bedrooms have TV's and there is free WIFI and cable.

Bed linens, towels, and your beginning basic toiletries are all provided as well as a fully equipped kitchen to cook meals for your large party. There's an oversize HEATED pool and large deck with spa and ample pool furniture. Additionally, free of charge, there is a good range of nursery equipment (play pen, stroller, high chair, etc) for our little precious guests.

Positives: The host was a great communicator and responsive when I had questions. For example, when we arrived the thermostat was set to 80 and it was warm in the house. I asked them to fix and they did. We also appreciated that we didn’t have to do a bunch of cleaning on our way out as we had an early flight. So many properties require a bunch of cleaning and this host just asked us to turn things off and lock up before leaving. The free pool heat was nice. It made the water bearable enough to swim but wasn’t hot. Things potential renters might like to know: We’ve stayed in a lot of Windsor Palms properties and this one was not very updated. I think the price reflected that so I’m OK with it but just something to know. We were in town for a short weekend and just needed a place to sleep between park days so it worked for our needs. The kitchen was not very well stocked. We had a party of 10 and there were only 9 forks. The property sleeps 12 so I would expect at least enough basic kitchen utensils for group size. The toilet in the master had a black ring at water level. it seemed like a stain but the only thing I can think of that stains black would be mold/mildew and should be addressed. The hot tub was nice for sore muscles after long days on our feet but it took about an hour to heat up. Most nights I didn’t feel like waiting an hour for it to get warm so I just went to bed.

Nice place. We visited Florida for my dad's retirement. Enough space for all of us. Easy & quick communication with host. Would definitely be renting again in the future.

Daughter’s 10 Birthday Trip

This trip was to celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday, and it truly meant a lot to us. The house was absolutely wonderful, and I can't express enough how much I appreciated Chai's strong communication throughout our stay. He was always quick to answer my questions, which made everything so much easier. Although the jacuzzi wasn't working during our visit, Chai provided us with alternatives and even graciously allowed us to swim at one of his other rentals. It was so thoughtful of him! I would definitely choose to stay at any of your properties again in the future. Thank you for ensuring we felt welcomed and cared for during our special getaway.

Great place to stay

Far exceeded our expectations. Clean. Close to Disney. Pool, hot tub and grill worked out perfect for our family of 10. Waher and dryer were a bonus. Communication with owner was very easy.

So close to disney Great place!!

We had a great time. Love the pool, hottub and spaciousness of the house. Loved the Master bedroom downstairs as well as a second master. The princess and batman theme was a hit as well as the game room.

Great Choice

The property was exactly as advertised. Great location, in a great gated community and a very short commute to Disney. Property was clean, the pool was clean and all the appliances worked. Lots of bedrooms and the two kid's rooms were awesome. Short drive to all major retailers and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again.

My review

This property is very convenient to all the Disney parks. It is close to Walmart, gift stores, and food. My grandchildren enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. We had a great time.

Best host experience

We originally were booked for an 11 day stay which Chai was helpful and timely with any concerns, he even brought us a propane tank over so we could have Easter dinner off the grill. Unfortunately we had an emergency with one of our guests that caused our family to be in Florida for more time than anticipated. Chai was compassionate and was able to extend our stay as well as checked in on us frequently. Chai will always be special to our family and we will always call him first in the future when visiting. Thank you Chai!!

Large property and great location

Nice house. Great location

The house was clean and in good condition. We didn't use the pool, but it was clean. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping stores less than 2 minutes away. it was easy to get to the majors parks and airport.

Not Family Friendly

My family and I booked to attend our annual gathering. 3 hours in we were being threatened with being put out due to music and kids being loud complaints. Mind you it was only 7 pm and quiet time is at 11 pm. The complaint was only coming from one house, which also was the household that called derogatory names. We had neighbors on both sides, but only one side complained. When I called management he stated that the resort would kick us out, when I explained the situation he stated he was not there and if the resort was calling it was serious. So to have all the luxury however not be able to use them (pool, spa) is very sad. This experience has deterred me from renting a large home again. There was no party, just people that were listed to be in the house. So I will say if you rent this house be prepared not to use the outside if you have more than 1 person. The only positive thing was that management responded quickly. There was fine broken glass on the deck and I cut my foot in 2 spot and when I told him about it he offered to come spray deck down the next day, but by then my family had sweep up what we saw. I would not rent again.

It was amazing but… small things

The property was lovely! The host was very easy to reach and communicate with. Chai always responded in a timely manner. The beds were comfortable and the house was big enough for all that we needed! There were only a few televisions in certain rooms. Not every room had a tv which is okay depending on what you are there for. The AC was perfect for our stay. We never touched the thermostat. It was cold when we needed it and warm when we needed it. BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS! They supplied some white towels but its better to bring your own to make sure there are enough. There were some appliances in the kitchen that malfunctioned or were not ideal. But we got by. I live in Orlando but for some reason during our stay my whole family had allergy issues! Not sure if it was the house or the location but our allergies were HORRIBLE during our stay. The grass also needed to be cut. And because of the rain there were many many bugs around that would enter the house. There could also be a walking path in front if the doorway into the grass because when cars are parked correctly it blocks your access to the house and we always had to walk in the grass. Using a code for the front door was very efficient. The security was easy to work with. Parking was a hassle when you have more than 3 cars. If we all did not all come from different places it would have been easier but we made it work! Thanks so much Chai!

Laughing Trouble

Where can i start! First day there a neighbor peeks thru the back and tells us to please keep it down ( have in mind we have til 11pm to quiet down) and it was barely 10pm only thing we were doing is laughing and telling family stories. We did not know we couldn’t have family fun and actually having a great time not using any kind of technology.. so I received a message and email at 1am from owner telling me there was a noise complaint or we could get evicted.. If you are planning to vacation at this place I recommend no kids and only if u really just want to be bored with out making any noise.. this place was so sensitive to any little fun we could have.. Also there is very little pots and pans. No dish detergent very minimal coffee cups so if you have a big crew make sure you bring extras. No extra blankets or towels really disappointed in the listing it said it had plenty of the necessary items to just get there and stay.. we ended up buying the majority of things that were missing.. Only credit is the beds where comfortable. There was also Cockroach in the kitchen.. also take your own pool toys since there aren’t any there.. One of the bathrooms the shower head barely worked ..toilet paper only half of roll in the bathrooms.. for the price I believe you need to have the place well equipped of all the necessities or else say its only for a family of 4..not for a big family.. and definitely don’t recommend for kids.. This vrbo is the worst one i have stayed in and will definitely not rent again..

Family Fun

This was a great booking in a very nice neighborhoods. Check in was a breeze great communication. Host met all of our needs. We received the home clean smelling great stocked with the essentials. Each family member had a nice size room. Pool was huge a lot of family fun. He had 5 locations I will definitely be booking again.

This property is perfect, great location, very spacious and me n my family enjoyed the pool and spa.. Also the pool table.. very easy to contact the property manager for any questions or getting our guest on the gate.. we will definitely be renting with them again..

Last minute birthday trip

Home was beautiful and had plenty of room for our family of 7. The owner was quick to answer any questions I had. Disney parks were closer than I thought they would be, 15-20 with traffic. Walmart is just around the corner. The best beds and pillows I have ever slept on at a VRBO. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We didn’t have a baby, but they have all the baby stuff u would need. We will definitely stay again!

We frequently visit it to make sure it is clean and we go through every sheet, towel, and dishes to make sure that the house and everything inside the house is in pristine condition at all times.
