The hot tub was great! The pool was tricky to initially get heated, but it is a great size.

The location was quiet, beautiful and well equipped. The kitchen was well stocked for 2 families with young children. We had a blast with the pool and hot tub. And it was close to all the activities we had planned around Palm Springs.

This property was exactly what the kids and I needed to recharge our battery for spring break. Great location and close to everything. We had our furry baby with us and this place was perfect for him. Back yard was enclosed and no open areas for him to get out. Overall a great rental for a family. lots of outdoor space and a nice area out of the sun. Once you get here there is no reason to leave this home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay. There were a few things I felt could have been better. We chose this house based on the 4 bedrooms and the dedicated game room. However the game room is in a converted garage and while there is a wall air conditioning unit it does nothing to touch the 100 degree room. The 4th bedroom was adjacent to this garage game room and while cooler than the garage itself , was much warmer then the rest of the house and had a hard time sleeping comfortable. There were a lot of dead bugs throughout the house making it feel like a long time had passed from the last cleaning, or the cleaning was not very good. There was even a dead water bug in one of the side table drawers in the bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups and utensils but the pots and pans were old and had broken lids and handles. This made cooking dangerous particularly with the stock pot and boiling pasta water and trying to drain water with no handle to hold. The kids loved the pool! Hot tub was old and all jets did not work. Didn’t feel clean with the staining on the seats. Thankfully it was 100 degrees and the pool was nice and refreshing.

We do wish these concerns had been raised with us during your stay, as we would have gladly sent our team over right away to address the AC settings, refresh the cleaning, supply portable cooling, and replace the damaged cookware immediately. We hold our home to high standards, so your notes about the garage temperature, deep cleaning, hot tub jets, and pots/pans are extremely helpful. We are actively reviewing these items with our maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure everything is updated and fully functional for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us!
