Enjoy a unique blend of architectural and decorative styles at this three-bedroom home near downtown Palm Springs, where you'll spend your vacation swimming, sunbathing, and dining outdoors with a view of clear skies, desert mountains, and rustling palms. The Spanish-style exterior is met with ceramic tile floors, natural wood beams, and floor-to-ceiling windows indoors, creating a wonderful space to dine and entertain both inside and out. Spend your days floating in the private pool out back, soothing your sore muscles in the separate hot tub, and barbecuing on the gas grill as the sun sets behind the mountains.

WHAT'S NEARBY
This home is ideally situated near downtown Palm Springs, less than two miles east of Palm Canyon Drive. This famous downtown strip is lined with acclaimed restaurants, boutiques, theaters, casinos, and plentiful forms of nightlife for you to enjoy. During the day, you can tee off at one of the countless world-class golf courses in the area, go for a hike in Tahquitz Canyon (three miles southwest) or Indian Canyons (six miles south), or take a drive into Palm Desert to dine and shop along El Paseo (12 miles southeast).

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
•Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

Great Stay

This was a great stay for us and the dogs. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was spacious and comfortable. The location is 5-10 mins from everything. We would stay here again.

Very quiet and private...

our stay was really nice. The pool was a hit with the kids and adults. The rooms were nice, the the kitchen dining area was perfect. Cannot complain about anything. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for nice getaway!

Just what we needed!

This home was perfectly located. Close to the airport and downtown Palm Springs only a short drive away. Really enjoyed the open layout of the kitchen & dining room space. Spent most of our time enjoying the private pool, hot tub and backyard.

The jacuzzi is brand new and has a beautiful Mountain View, especially at sunset. The pool is huge and very deep, something I appreciated, but might be an issue for families with small children. Nice location in a quiet neighborhood.

The house has everything you need to stay. We brought all disposable plates, cups, utensils, etc... but it had it all. Pool and the back yard is great! Nice house size, very open, easy to keep clean! Will definitely look to stay another time

Good kid house

After the malfunction of the code to the front entrance the stay was adequate. I do have to admit that it was child friendly which made our stay more enjoyable

This home is nicely located to about everything you could want or need. Yard is huge as is the pool. This is a rustic home with luxury appointments, comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen is small but who goes on vacation to cook?! One of the bonuses is the front courtyard, fully enclosed and private. Perfect for dogs. There is a sun screen covering the top so you have air flow without the sun. The pool is perfect for laps This is my second stay at this property. I will return again. Highly recommend i.

Labor Day Family trip!

My husband and I stayed here with our two children and small dog and we had a very enjoyable stay! It was an easy check-in, the house was clean and had everything we needed for cooking and lounging by the pool. The pics do make the house look a little bigger than what it is but it wasn’t a big deal and was perfect for our family. The pool is big and the patio has great shade when needing a break from the sun. We would definitely stay her again!

This home checked all the boxes. Pool! Hot tub! Great, stocked kitchen! We enjoyed every moment in this house. The beds and sofas were so comfy and the backyard was divine. Will be back!

PS reunion I loved the layout of this house. It had a great viewing area for our Oscars evening on Sunday. The pool was clean and temperature perfect. The King bed was comfortable. We did cook a few meals and the kitchen was user-friendly.

Early California Style review

I have stayed in this home before and it has everything you need for vacation. Pots, pans , utensils, plenty of towels etc. However, the pool and spa were very dirty when I checked in and since no one showed up I had to pay out of my pocket to clean them both. The check in process was also very poor as I was never able to open the door. I had to get the keys from the office and didn’t get checked in until an hour after the normal time.

We want our guests to arrive to a clean pool, but sometimes the desert winds have a different plan. We apologize if this was off-putting. The home has an electronic entry and does not require a key. Renters beware

To anyone booking this house -- do a video walkthrough as you walk into the property to document anything that is broken or damaged. We have done a number of vacation rentals, and, as long as you leave everything in exactly the same condition you find it, you are OK. With this house, we were charged for something that had been damaged for who knows how long that we never touched.

Family weekend

A bit of a disappointment overall, compared with previous experiences. The AC was too cold and could not be controlled. The WiFi was not working, and a call to the agent was never returned. I eventually was able to troubleshoot it myself; found the modem unplugged. The network ID and password in the guide binder was obsolete; I found them labeled on the bottom of a router. Everything else about the house was satisfactory.
