Located on Coventry Lake. Walk out the back door and you are in the lake!

Due to the current virus the house will be fully disinfected between guests. You have your own private area on the lake so no need to worry about social distancing or sharing.

Fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Huge kitchen and living area. Walk out bar in the basement to the lake. Dock space is available and included with your rent. Can easily sleep more than 6 if you bring air mattresses.

Main floor - Kitchen, Full bathroom, Living room and Dining area.

Second floor - 3 bedrooms and full bathroom. One King bed and 2 queens.

Basement - Full bar and slider to lake

This is my dream house that I was able to purchase from a friend. Unfortunately work took me away a few years ago so I figured I would let other people enjoy it until I am able to move back.

What makes this property unique

The location on the lake makes this house even better. We are in the cove which means we don't get as much traffic as the main part of the lake.
